I wish they had more live entertainment at night.
They had a Cuban salsa band that took long breaks and only played an hour of music when it was advertised as 2 hours. They did this for two nights in a room. My wife and I along with other guests kept waiting and waiting.. I will go to another hotel next time with better entertainment. The rock band they hired one night was great I will say! The staff is extremely friendly.

1. At check-in I mentioned about my Silver ******* Reward status, but did not receive my exclusive perk.
2. Very loud music until 11:00 pm (in one occasion until 12:00 midnight). This is not acceptable. Guest should be able to slept and retired after 10:00 pm every night!!!

We had a great time at the Fiesta Americana! The food and staff were great. Love the all-inclusive aspect. Live music most nights. This place provides excellent value.

Second visit to Fiesta American. Staff were excellent. Enjoyed the food and drink. Entertainment was disappointing. Lounge full of guests wanting to dance and having very little in the way of fun dance music. The DJ played club music and the crowd was definitely not into that kind of music.
Activities were hit or miss.

The overall quality/value of this property was great. The service was beyond outstanding especially at the adults only pool area. Ignacio, Jessica, Rafael and the whole crew were on top of our every need. We did not have a moment with an empty beverage or an opportunity where we could not order some food. Everyone was great. Our crew of 8 had a blast celebrating a couple of birthdays. The pool concierges Oscar and Bryan checked in on us daily to see how everything was going and if we needed anything done or help with anything. Super attentive staff!

Property seemed to discriminate against ******* reservations - told me that I could only be on the 1st or 2nd floor due to reservation being booked with *******. Charged me separately to add a child on my reservation after first telling me that I needed to deal with ******* on it and could not check in. Very disappointed.

I don't give it 5 stars because the employee Monica at the reception was rude and didn't want to help me, and also the bartender who works in the afternoons at the pool was rude But I don’t remember her name( it was a girl) everything else was perfect in especial ismael the chef in the Asian restaurant.

Overall pretty great experience! The rooms were clean, well maintained with only the exception of the shower soaps etc were empty but were filled on request. The restaurants alternated which 2 of the 3 were open. The Asian restaurant doesn’t allow children under a certain age (12?). This left us with the option of only one restaurant some nights as the buffet in the evening was not great (breakfast buffet was excellent). The grill at the pool was excellent; that guy worked HARD! The wait staff at the pool side worked hard too but were too few for the job, in my opinion. The only complaint we have is that we booked two rooms as my parents accompanied my family. We called several times in advance of our trip to request adjoining rooms or at least rooms on the same floor. This was basically ignored and took lengthy negotiations on the day of arrival. There were rooms, they just apparently can’t allocate in advance or something. We also requested a crib in advance and on arrival, this took multiple phone calls and hours but ultimately was fulfilled. I know they didn’t have to accommodate any of these requests so I’m grateful they did but it was not a good first experience on arrival (especially after the airport—what a ZOO!!). By day 2 we were having fun and enjoying the place. It was a good experience for my whole family, we look forward to going again.

Facilities are great for small kids. The children's pool is close to a nice playground. Food was really underwhelming. Service at the reserved dining options was slow, and quality bad.
