Blue Chairs Resort by the Sea - Adults Only

Upon arrival the staff right away was so exceptionally nice, SUPER easy check in, Francisco was so kind and help with information. The chairs on the beach are meant for the hotel guest, the food is AWESOME, the nachos were so delicious, the margaritas were delicious. So so happy we chose this hotel. The views were incredible. Definitely recommend staying at Blue chairs!

It’s an ok hotel, great front desk and bar staff. My first ocean front room didn’t have water pressure or hot water. My second room was just fine, but couldn’t connect to the WiFi from the room or have regular cell service. So to coordinate with my friends I had to step out of my room to the main hall each time.

Two mornings without water. I have to use bottle water to wash my face….ridiculous! And The WiFi is off and on…frustrating!

Location and view was very good. Property seems old and outstanding outdated. During check in, we were originally placed in lower level room than what we paid for and had to get the assistance of another manager, who pointed out to Julio that we paid for a better room with a better view. Daniel at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Listen, the property has seen better days. Especially if you are staying in the first three floors. You get a view of the venue in front that is not finished. But the property is in front of the ocean and just for that the rating on my behalf went up. The staff is extremely friendly and they try to accommodate you with what they have. The location also is not to far from restaurants or the bar area in Zona Romantica.

It was only correct , I have seen better and I have already seen worse in terms of cleanliness, or the swimming pool was really not clean, you really need to adjust your cleanliness levels!

The location is great! Staff was very warm - Adriel and Julio were awesome!!! The hotel needs some updating, but I would definitely stay again!

When I booked the hotel on line advertised that Junior suite has a refrigerator and a stove. I usually go out get food and cook my own meals. But not all Junior suites are alike as a matter fact I don’t think any room are alike. Some bathrooms have grungy sliding shower doors and very outdated! The first Junior suite they placed me in was absolute shambles. Then I asked for another room but all were booked so I waited two days for another one! The second one had like a hot plate embedded in the counter as a stove and a little refrigerator you put on a counter that holds about 6 cans of soda or beer! I waited another 3 days then got somewhat better Junior suite! And at that point I had to plea either the manager to even get that he kept saying I was never going to be satisfied. But in times past I remembered staying in the third one not perfect but had a gas stove and full refrigerator and bathroom halfway decent! The staff about 3 out of 10 of them are friendly they act like your an interruption rather then a guest! A few like 3 were very nice even the cleaning personnel are not very friendly except a couple of them. But it’s never the same cleaning staff that cleans the room had to ask for them to at least clean the balcony with pigeon poop all over the railings and floors! No hot water to take a good shower lukewarm barely … so in a nutshell not the greatest hotel to stay at !!
