Las Palmas by the Sea All Inclusive

We arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste

The place is worn down. Very old to be honest I didnt feel comfortable. The only thing is the location is good. You can walking distance to restaurants or get a taxi to other places. But the hotel itself not worth the price. The food was nasty too.

Not enough smoke pits we all ways fiting to have a smoke, the stuff was excellent, the management not so much very snobs, no communication or peaple skills, so everyone sad the same thing

We stayed from the end of March to the beginning of April . All we have to say is the staff especially FIDEL AND IVAN at the open late bar by the pool were literally phenomenal . They treated us with sooo much care , we made sure we did our part in giving them good tips , definitely recommend this hotel , the food is great all the staff are amazing and very friendly, we are bilingual but the staff definitely is very good with their English , will be coming back!!!

Clean room, comfortable beds, Italian restaurant was great 😃 all other food was poor and in the need of upgrades. Needs more variety and different menu every day.

We very much enjoyed the resort. only ask would be a mini fridge in the room. We drink 6~8 litres of water a day, and having cold water would be wonderful.
