Todo está bien, está limpio , tiene buena ubicación y todo lo encuentras cerca. Las instalaciones están bien pero podrían mejorar, cumple con la función en general.

Shower head was corroded and needed replacing , cold pool, floors were dirty, towels, linens old and discoloured No wash cloth was n shower, One window didn’t close properly

Staff were good. Room had one broken down chair, tv was basic and confusing to operate, night table was in need of repair, toilet didn't flush properly, and the shower filled to a puddle, which expanded under the shower enclosue into the bathroom.

no room safe , no coffee maker had to walk down the hall for tepid water , desk was like a bank sliding tiny hole , door to room i unlocked with a paper clip,that was reassuring ! tiny bathroom not even a place to hang towels much less a toilet paper dispenser, overall place needs full remodel will never ever stay again also my balcony that i paid extra for was just a look at the mercado

Just whats needed. Not a luxury hotel only the basics. Friendly clean and whats best....close to everything downtown vallarra. One tini block to el Malecon.
