The worst staff, room, and overall service. Horrible place to stay and horrible experience. Only thing it has going for it is the beach. Otherwise , the staff alone kills any good experience.

They were having a power disruption (only partial power) when I arrived for check in. Things happen; but the way they were dealing with it was exceptional. The desk staff did everything they could to minimize the impact to the arriving guests until full power was restored. The only problem I had was that Trip stated they have an airport shuttle. They did not.  It seems that may have been canceled recently (benefit of the doubt) and Trip has not updated their information. That may be more Trips’s failing more than the hotel. It seems the responsibility of keeping Trip’s information accurate falls on Trip, not the individual vendors.

We always wanted to stay in the Marina area. The Flamingo was a wonderful choice. Beautiful grounds, pool and restaurant/bar. We loved the view from our balcony.

We only used it to relax before our return flight; we didn't use the pool. Its gardens and pool make for a picture-perfect scene.

I never imagined a cheap hotel would charge me for washing the bed linens. I'm truly frustrated and could never recommend it. On the contrary, I'll dedicate myself to badmouthing it as much as possible.

The hotel was too old, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room, which was extremely inconvenient. There was only one power outlet that worked, and the sheets and towels were very old. The only redeeming quality was the excellent service; the hotel staff were very welcoming.
