I chose this hotel for a wedding, and it felt really good. It's a bit more expensive than the all-inclusive package in Cancun, but the service is pretty good. The only downside is that this hotel is not big, but you can make reservations for high-end dinners. Overall, it's still good. If you are young, recommend the luxury one-bedroom, very quiet, and the facilities are very new.

I enjoyed my stay, the rooms are old, they look old, poor lighting, TVs are horrible and lack now days streaming platforms (Disney , Max, etc.), I’m not asking for them to buy a membership, I’m just asking for their TVs to support these apps. Some of the employees joke a bit too much, we asked one of the waiters if he could please bring us some snacks, he said “NO” and then started laughing saying it was just a joke, I don’t appreciate that, specially if he’s getting tipped for his service. I also ran into a couple employees that were not too nice, (most of them were). Other than this, I absolutely loved the pools, the food, OMG, the food was delicious, being a local makes it pretty hard for me to find a good hotel with good food. Everything else was perfect, just fix your rooms. I’d gladly come back.

This hotel was such a disappointment. I organized a trip for my parents and they had a bad experience from the moment they arrived. The staff was not helpful with resolving a reservation error. The hotel was old and not as nice as in the pictures. The food was also disappointing for what is paid for an all inclusive hotel. My parents said this was by far their worst experience ever.

The first room I was given on the mountain side was used lol, the bed was a mess, the shower curtain was down and stuffed behind the toilet. They moved me right away, the food was ok and the drinks were good.

Property is old but very clean. The support staff at the property are great. They will address your issue immediately when you report. This resort caters to the local crowd since the food options were not great for vegetarians. Their lunch and dinner menu in the common area did not even include rice beans and tortillas even though its staple in mexico. We had to eat tempura fried eggplant and zucchini for dinner with creamy soups. Their pizza's are a little sweet for the palette. I was hoping for a better Lunch and dinner options. Breakfast was great. We stayed at the Mountain section and the breakfast was just specific to our location. Hope the management changes options for vegetarians.

We were not well informed as to what was included with our all inclusive package, such as how many alacarte dinners we would get, or what was in our room for drinks etc. The staff in the restaurants were all very friendly.

It was good The restaurants were awesome although tricky to find the first time but the service was amazing. Our room had a horrible view of the tennis courts in midrepair and debris was all over lbut the noise was minimal and the fan they had blowing was like a white noise machine so I slept really well. All in all a wonderful vacation

This property has gone down hill on food quality. The selection at the buffet was sub par. Very Mexican style resort now. The liquor choice is only Mexican zero American style liquors to drink or mix from
