The ocean front room offered whale watching , perfect sunset viewing and watching the waves crash into the shore. The pools could use some repair because many tiles are missing, filter covers on the pool floor are missing and could cause someone to get hurt, and the tiles were so dirty that when we leaned against them my bathing suit top was blackened from the filth. Housekeeping wasn’t consistent and there were days where we didn’t get any housekeeping at all. The location of the hotel is in a great location because it is safe, clean and close to grocery stores, malls, restaurants, the marina, the airport and only a cheap uber to downtown. We did all inclusive for only 3 days out of the 10 days we stayed and did not enjoy the food. Breakfast was the same as lunch and dinner. We ate out at local restaurants instead.

Hotel was fully booked & we spent the first night at a “villa” which was difficult to find due to poor lighting & signaling. The villa had no drinking water or towels were available. Glasses were dirty. Living area was dusty. The bed didn’t have sheets, only mattress & bed covers. We called reception and they only sent towels. Worst of all, we were not informed there were other guests in the other bedrooms of the villa. After complaining to reception, we were moved to our actual room the following day not without first dealing with a lock bedroom door. They had to bust the door open because they didn’t have a set of keys. In the hotel room, the next door guest had a loud conversation & then loud music on their balcony. Called reception and nothing was done. Party continued until well past midnight. It happened again the following night. Restaurant food, available in buffet style, was underwhelming. The only positive thing was the Egg Station during breakfast which was included in our package. Lunch & dinners were $430 per person when you could get much better food for less in restaurants nearby. The resort looked outdated & run down. They also had a lot of construction that made resting impossible. Drinks were also poorly served in fairy cheap plastic cups with bartenders that didn’t seem to know how to prepare any of the drinks of the menu and you would overhear them complain about how they didn’t have anything to prepare drinks with. Avoid this hotel. Not worth it.

Staff was lovely, clean room, easy check-in. Only limited parking on pavement/bricks. The rest is gravel. Terrible on luggage wheels. Massive entry and drive they could easily have a luggage drop off as you have to check-in and get a parking pass #. I’m 80 and had to drag my luggage through the parking lot. Not so fun.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, good amenities and the staff were so nice and friendly.

The room was musty smelling tiles on the floor were loose the mirror was barely usable. Food was expensive and not the best.

The staff at this location was amazing! Very nice, helpful, and overall provided a good experience at this resort. I will say that the property itself is a bit dated, room was bit dusty, bathroom sink was clogged, and the AC was not keeping the room cool despite keeping curtains closed. One of the two elevators in one of the towers was inoperable for two days, leaving a constant long line of guests trying to get to and from rooms or leaving guests to walk up/down 16 floors. The beach was great. The property is literally steps away from the water and is very walkable to and from different hotel properties. There were more than enough beach chairs and covers to be able to layout. The only downside were the many vendors soliciting items/activities but they were all really kind when you declined anything. The food was just ok. There was a grilling event on Wednesday that I really enjoyed as it showcased really amazing flavors of the local food. Outside of that, I could have skipped most of the food offered on the property. Speaking of property, the location is really good. Close to restaurants and shopping. Everything is within walking distance and every easy to navigate. Overall, this place is a good place if you are on a tight budget and want to have a relaxing vacation. Again, every staff member were amazing, very helpful and welcoming, just hoping they can renovate the property and up the food game.

Room appeared not swept nor washed, room appeared tired and neglected, check-in staff was in no hurry. The spot is beautiful and near the marina and airport, but not a lot of authentic restaurants near.

Very convenient place to stay, great staff, awesome beach walks, close to stuff and multiple options for this Canadian!
