Melia Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

The resort is older but well cared. It is close to the airport. Do not waste your money on the “upgrade to premium”. The items promised were never put into the room, premium alcohol was provided if asked and it did not seem to matter who was asking.

This resort ticks all the boxes! Beautiful, cool rooms esthetically pleasing white on white with little vines in vases for a green touch of colour. The pool is large with lots of shade trees and palapas. The grounds are gorgeous and the beach is stunning. The food and drinks are good but the staff is AMAZING, without exception! I will absolutely recommend this to any family or couple or solo traveller without hesitation and will be returning as a regular!

Meliá resort was a beautiful place with all that you need in one spot. The ocean view balconies were fabulous! The beach and pool were fantastic for our family. The staff were all so kind. Karen our server at mole and tacos every morning remembered all of our drink orders and immediately brought them out. She was so sweet to our boys too. Kids Club staff were also very sweet and made our boys feel at home. My sons said it was the best daycare yet!

The place was great, very friendly staff, amazing service, quiet family atmosphere, we will definitely recommend it to our friends, and will definitely go back there again.

The Garden View room was great, had ocean view as well. The rooms were nice but could use a bit of maintenance. pool was great , nice size with swim up bar. Al a cart restaurants were good only two choices though. Buffet was OK . Staff were very friendly.

Our stay at the Melia was incredible. We were celebrating our recent engagement and we were treated like a King and Queen. The resort, pool and spaces are kept so immaculate. We had so much fun. The staff here are just incredible! From the start Alfonso at guest check in was very welcoming and kind. Ulises, Guitron, and Jesus at the pool and lobby bars were very fun, remembered us throughout our stay, and made the best drinks. Ruben and Brienna at Fish House were so attentive. The food was so incredible. Highly reccomend the Surf and Turf Skewer and Tuna Tamani Tosdada. We were lucky enough to go twice. Karen at the A La Carte breakfast and Alfredo at Mole and Tacos were so attentive. The food was so good. Mariella and Mari at the spa were incredible at the spa. We had both of them twice for each service ( we went to the spa twice)The spa is located in the middle of the resort but you wouldnt know it it was so peacful and quiet. Although we dont have kids ourselves, there was never a shortage of activities for kids or young families. Overall we would highly reccomend the Melia.

We had a great fun staying iMelia. We would like to thank Guadalupe, Hector, both great managers. Restaurant staff ( Francisco, Roberto, Alejandro and Juan and bar staff ( Jesus and Luis). Our family are truly grateful about the excellent service from the team.

Awesome all inclusive resort. Great food, amenities, and staff. Also, this resort was located in a nicer safe area with easy accessibility to the marina across the street.
