Hotel lindo por dentro, pieza de buen tamaño, cama cómoda, lindo baño, excelente desayuno buffet, personal amable, tiene una piscina temperada genial, ubicación muy cerca del centro y costanera. A mejorar renovar la tv, no cerrar tan temprano el servicio a habitación, precio de los masajes excesivos, poner en funcionamiento los jacuzzis y mejorar el aspecto exterior del hotel. Pero en general nos gustó mucho el hotel.

It was an absolutely horrible experience. From the point of check in until our voluntary early departure, we never felt welcomed, appreciated, safe, or any friendly nature del any of the staff. The rooms are not as advertised both size and view wise. The keyed my car and overall I say STAY away from this place.

Very friendly staff, they gave us good guidance about what to do. Very clean and close to the center of Puerto Varas. Sadly the access to the backyard was not open I guess because of the season. I enjoyed reading the poems in the walls.

The Hotel was nice, and the staff super helpful. The rooms, corridors and façade of the building could use a renovation. I couldn’t believe that the Tv at our rooms was so old (20 years ) and that the AC system wasn’t working properly for a hotel in this price range. These details didn’t take away from our experience, thanks to the dedicated staff. I would come back.
