Large room, they have improved the bath room. No bath but great rain shower. I noticed the staff really do an extra mile for you.. that is so nice when you needed some help. You do not have the view on the lake but I did not miss that. Wifi is good and also breakfast is good.

Good hotel, well located, good room standard and service. I stayed 2 nights for business purpose and did really enjoy the stay so very likely I'll come back. Didn't get the chance to try the restaurant but heard the burgers are one of the best in town.

I was disappointed in the wireless service because they provided a wifi access and password which did not work properly. Sometimes I could not connect my device at all or when it did connect, it was at a speed of 1 or 2 mbps. Good enough for email but that’s it. The rooms are nice and the hotel is attractive though.

Hotel cómodo, con personal muy amable. Un agrado la estancia. Si bien no tiene vista al lago que es uno de los fuertes de Puerto Varas la calidad de atención hace que sea muy recomendable. Me atendieron de maravillas. Nada ostentoso, pero todo preciso y limpio.

Im Rahmen einer Rundreise habe ich hier 2 Nächte verbracht. Mein Zimmer war in den Oberen Etagen. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und sauber. TV war vorhanden, funktionierte aber nicht. Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden, obwohl - wenn die Sonne scheint - durchaus nötig. Das Personal war ok, aber …. Am Empfang wurde man begrüßt, aber mit Abstand, Die Servicekräfte beim Frühstück waren eher mit dem Handy beschäftigt, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Wenn es dann zeitweise voller wurde, war die Servicekraft etwas überfordert, u.a. weil sie zuvor mit dem Handy zu Gange war.

Hotel confortável com quartos confortáveis e espaçosos. Bom banheiro. Estacionamento bem pequeno. Para chegar ao centro, uma boa caminhada mas não é impossível. Equipe prestativa, possui elevador. O ponto negativo foi a necessidade de substituição do boiler, que nos deixou sem água por várias horas no primeiro dia. Café da manha de razoável para bom. Outras refeições no hotel, hamburguers são saborosos

Excelente atención desde la reserva hasta el check out. El desayuno cuenta con amplitud de horario por lo que se adecuó a nosotros que somos bien tempraneros. La habitación estaba muy limpia y temperada. El baño estaba limpio. Señal de wifi impecable Contaban con infusiones y café en cada piso a libre demanda. Se agradece este gesto. Por la noche no sentimos ruidos externos. Agradezco nuevamente la atención y espero el lugar mantenga por más tiempo estas condiciones y valores. Sinceramente volveremos.
