I thought that the status of room 4 should be okay, but I was unexpectedly rejected... Maybe I am used to being able to agree to check out at 2 o'clock when staying in a five-star hotel. I was shocked. I agreed to delay it to one o'clock. That's it... When checking in, there was a room that was not given to us until after 4 o'clock, but I didn't mention it. Forget it. The three-day experience was originally very good, but the incident at the end of check-out was a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel is still very good.
