I stay here often. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk agent Iris Peng provided warm and friendly service with a smile.

Upon checking in, I noticed that the duvet cover had a strange, medicinal smell in certain areas, making me suspect it hadn't been changed. The disposable slippers also had hair on them and dirty soles, leading me to believe they were reused and not replaced. I called the front desk at 8:20 PM to report the issues and had to follow up multiple times. The replacement service wasn't completed until 9:20 PM (after I escalated the complaint through Ctrip Corporate Travel). Overall, the service was severely lacking. Even worse, the bathroom drainage was poor, and after showering, I found sewage backing up from the floor drain under the sink. The hotel never provided a formal solution for these soft and hard product issues. I only received some consolation after complaining through Ctrip Corporate Travel. You absolutely must avoid this terrible hotel! Let this be a warning to others!

1. Check-out is at 12 PM, but check-in isn't until 3 PM. Aren't those 3 hours between guests enough for housekeeping? On top of that, they need to inspect the room afterwards. It was almost 3:30 PM, and after I had to chase them up three times, I finally got my room key. Absolutely unacceptable. 2. At check-in, we were told there would be a welcome fruit basket. After over three hours of such 'thorough' cleaning, the fruit still wasn't in the room—I had to call and ask for it. Couldn't they just leave it on the table when they finish cleaning and inspecting the room? Otherwise, how is it a 'welcome' fruit? 3. The room has a round table, but no standalone chairs—just a small sofa on one side. I booked a twin room, which is meant for at least two people. With no chairs, are couples or families of three supposed to squeeze onto the sofa to eat, or sit on the floor? 4. The breakfast buffet is even worse than economy chains like Hanting or Ji Hotel... 5. We were told the parking garage isn't managed by the hotel. When we came back from sightseeing, there were no surface spaces, and the underground garage was a complete mess—random parking everywhere, blocking the aisles, with zero staff directing or managing traffic. I have no idea how parking is allocated or managed here. A thoroughly terrible experience! The only redeeming quality was the mountain view when opening the window, which was genuinely nice.

This is a 4-star hotel, and they did offer welcome fruit. However, there's no washing machine, and you have to pay to do laundry, which I really don't understand! The mini-bar was also completely empty. The shower stall was incredibly slippery; it felt like it had been waxed once wet, and I nearly fell. Even though there was an anti-slip mat nearby, I almost slipped the moment I stepped in. Plus, there was mold, and the exhaust fan was covered in a thick layer of dust! The soundproofing was terrible; you could hear every word spoken in the hallway clearly! It was a poor experience, and I won't stay here again, nor do I recommend it.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Fairfield. The room was clean and dry, and the soundproofing was good. The staff were responsive, parking was convenient, and the location made it easy to get around. It's an excellent choice for a stay when traveling to Pujiang.

I expected a certain standard from a Marriott property, but this one was surprisingly bad. First, the front desk staff's attitude during check-in was awful. When I asked if the twin beds could be pushed together, the female receptionist named Chris repeatedly and rudely emphasized that only Hollywood twin rooms allowed that. I couldn't see this room type on Ctrip, and when I inquired further, she said they were fully booked and were also more expensive connecting rooms. Then there was breakfast. During the National Day holiday, breakfast was served on the first floor of the Marriott. I've never seen such a terrible hotel breakfast. The fried eggs smelled a bit off, and the variety was very limited – it felt like a rip-off. Normally, breakfast is served at the Sheraton, so even with the holiday crowd, the quality shouldn't drop this much. Finally, the room itself. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the faucet fell off when I tried to turn it, which startled me. Once in bed, I kept smelling a strange foot odor. It was too late to bother with changing rooms, so I just put up with it. This hotel was truly disappointing.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! I originally chose this hotel for its brand and overall amenities, but the hygiene was absolutely terrible. The floor was so sticky my shoes would stick to it, and to top it off, they didn't even bother to remove the previous guest's underwear! I was shocked! It completely ruined my stay. As a legitimate operating hotel, basic hygiene should be a given. Is this how Marriott manages its properties? I called the front desk to request cleaning, and it took four calls before anyone came to deal with it – the service was appalling. When the manager finally arrived, they kept making excuses about how busy they were at night. Is that my fault? Shouldn't the room be cleaned *before* check-in? All they offered as a solution was complimentary breakfast. If I wanted breakfast, would I have booked a room without it? Seriously, avoid this place. Everyone, be warned!

It's hard to imagine that a hotel managed by a fairly mature hotel management group would have a king-size bed made up of two 0.9m single beds pushed together. I woke up uncomfortable and realized it was a 'joined bed.' I called the front desk to request a room change, and their first response was, 'Has the room been used?' I explained I was uncomfortable and wanted to change rooms. They said they would call me back, but I never received a call. I went down to the front desk and insisted on a room change. Their initial response was that there were no rooms available. I persisted, and the front desk said that when I checked in, I chose a room on the 2nd floor because the 6th-floor rooms were too close to the elevator, implying I had chosen the 'joined bed' room myself. I was genuinely speechless. There's a gap and a dip in the middle of a joined bed. Me, someone who needs a proper king-size bed, chose this myself?? I retorted that I was not informed the king-size bed was a joined one; if I had known, I definitely wouldn't have taken it. After my repeated insistence on changing rooms, despite being told all rooms were full, suddenly a room became available. It was supposedly close to the elevator, and I agreed. When I went upstairs, I found there were several rooms between mine and the elevator. So much for 'being right next to the elevator and worrying about noise'?? They also claimed this room was street-facing, but upon inspection, it wasn't facing the street at all; it was between two hotels and not noisy in the slightest. Is the front desk so unfamiliar with their own hotel's room layout?? Or is it because of the National Day holiday, and they're saving rooms for full-paying customers, not for customers like me who booked through Ctrip?? I stayed at the hotel across the street during the May Day holiday. This time I wanted to try a different hotel, but I'm quite disappointed. Extremely disappointed, in fact.

The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm – a big plus! I was a bit disappointed that there was no vegetable salad at breakfast. As for parking, spots are extremely tight. Both buildings share the same underground level, and there aren't enough charging stations, which seems to be a common issue these days.

A spontaneous trip turned out to be unexpectedly satisfying – the hotel was great, the city was great, and especially Iris Peng from the front desk! She not only upgraded my room but also answered all my questions and provided thoughtful assistance.

The hotel is new and very clean. The mattress wasn't too soft, so I slept comfortably, and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast area was a bit small, but the food was decent. We also had the buffet once at the Sheraton next door and got a discount. The service from the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff was all good.

Amazing

Very spacious and quiet, with views of the countryside and mountains right outside the window—it feels very peaceful. There's a children's playground nearby; although there isn't much for toddlers, it's still decent. The mini farm, however, is indeed a bit small. Breakfast is shared with the Sheraton, which is quite good. It would have been even better if we could use the swimming pool across the street. Great value for money, highly recommended!

The room condition was excellent, very spacious, and the sofa was super comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good variety of dishes, and the taste was fine too. It's not far from the attractions, and driving around is very convenient, as is parking. The only downside is the air conditioner vent design, it blows directly onto you, and the duvet is a bit thick.

I stayed here while hiking to Meinu Peak, Boliyan, and Hongyanding in Pujiang. If you're just looking for a place to stay while traveling, this is definitely the best value for money. The room was clean, the duvet and pillows were soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the washroom could be integrated with or separated from the room. Breakfast was served in the same restaurant as the Sheraton across the street.
