"This modern hotel located across from the cemetery and next to a large mall has problems. The location itself is far from the historical center of Pula and forces you to take a car or taxi to get there. Beyond a poor location this modern hotel was extremely poorly designed architecturally. When you arrive , to get to the réception from the parking garage you have to walk up a long flight of stairs before getting there and finally seeing an elevator. The rooms are large , Windows do open and they are quiet at night. However in the bathroom the shower floor is dangerously slippery. Sub par buffet breakfast"

"What a horrible experience. We booked through hometogo, do not use the website or go to this campsite. It never gave us the option of choosing linen, it said all escentials were included. When we got there they asked us to pay for linen...They would not take responsibilty for anything neither did hometogo. The ad said it was 25mtrs from the beach, this is not the case at all, I measure it and its more than 300 mtrs. The campsite is in a raugh state...We rented the mobile homes, the pictures do not reflect the houses at all, the grass is outgrown and they are disgusting...We left an hour after we arrived becasue of how disgusting the place was and lost all our money of a stay of 10 days...The beach is also not great and full of campers on the beach.."

"We booked a room for 3 people with a terrace and sea views. Initially, they gave us a smaller room, but later they gave us the one we had booked, which was larger, with a sofa, an extra bed, and furniture on the terrace. Spectacular sea views from the hotel. Comfortable bed, fairly large bathroom, spacious room. We didn't like the buffet; both breakfast and dinner were barely replenished, we literally ate the leftovers. And the restaurant staff were curt, at least those who served us. They knew we were guests and still charged us a supplement. We also didn't like that a child was left sitting for hours in the seats on the terrace facing the sea, without ordering anything, while the rest of the guests couldn't use those seats. The child was saving them for his family, and on one occasion, he was angry and occupied a six-seat area for over five hours. The waiters did nothing. Attentive and friendly reception staff. Attentive and very friendly cleaning staff."

"It was absolutely an amazing experience staying at this place. Location : Perfect location. Lush green. Amazing beaches nearby. Good connectivity via Taxis as well as public transport. Beautiful aquarium nearby. Also, do not miss the beautiful Ambrela beach nearby. Rooms : Clean. With a kitchenette. All required utensils present. Microwave and fridge available. Service : 24 hour reception with super friendly staff. The cleaning staff is very responsive and no complaints against them. Food: The resort has it's own shopping complex with so many restaurants. You get everything! They even have a supermarket. A bit expensive, but the extra money is for the convenience. Pool : Three sea water swimming pools with a pool bar. The only drawback is that the pool closes at 19:00. It should be extended till 21:00 at least during summers. Perfect for families. Just book! Do not think twice. This place will be remembered by us as the place where our 1-year old learnt to swim. Thank you Park Plaza for the experience."

"The photos are not true, everything shown is fake, the building is run down, the breakfast is nothing special, the televisions don't work in any of the 3 rooms we stayed in and in addition each of the rooms had a broken bathroom tap, I would not recommend it to anyone."

"The classic example of state management that is valid in every country. The island is one of the wonders of the world but the hotel.. 🤦🏻 I believe that the last "fixed up" was done by Tito at the end of the 70s. Dilapidated conditions to say the least, disconcerting bathrooms, hospital-style lunch and breakfast buffets. It's a shame because the staff is fast and friendly. All for only 3/400 euros per night!!! Important note: pay attention to the trap of parking "reserved" for hotel guests: from Saturday morning at 11am to Sunday at 8pm ONLY €55... a hundred meters away (in front of the beach bar) €21 for a week... a complete scam rule.. I repeat that the location is dreamlike, too bad it is in the hands of absolutely incompetent people. It could be the pearl of Croatia! I will definitely come back but sleeping in Fažana."
