It’s an escape to heaven. So peaceful so private so relaxing. Even tho it’s moonsoon but still relaxing. The wind the environment, I forgot my problems when I stayed here. Staff also all super good and fast service. Azfar the buggy boy is very polite. Boleh buat menantu. Will come here again

This should be the best international 5 stars resort brand to visit now in Malaysia. Everything new, staff with new smiles & good service. The most important is the sea water is still very very clear, unpolluted and still have many fishes and live coral, i even see 2 baby sharks during snorkeling trip.
The only thing for improvement is my mum saw the housekeeper using same towel to mop table and then mop the toilet bowl. Haha

This is our first time staying here and we had such a pleasant time with the great experience of the 5 star hotel.
The hotel is so beautiful and the room is so cozy. We can get around the hotel by the buggy service. We love the pools and the beaches, especially the romantic beach, it’s just so nice.
We had great food with beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains, the staff were amazing. Everything is so much better than we expected.
We’ll come back again next time with our friends and family.

This is the resort to go to now in Malaysia. New, beautiful scenery, great pools, friendly staff and very attentive. Food is also good but quite limited. Obviously island prices. 5 star Padi dive centre. Great service and really nice dive boat as well as facilities. Will be back!

Friendly staff, rich buffet at breakfast best beach on kesil island 🥰 . Better to avoid the Chinese national holidays, that’s when the hotel is fully booked.

This resort do some check in check out ferry time not really make sense . And service was not really efficient. Hotel room is big , breakfast variety of food but the taste acceptable

退房的時候十分生氣：和朋友出海我意外受傷（腿劃破兩個小口子），回到酒店clinic處理傷口，説是淺表性無需擔心（現場服務很nice）。我們詢問醫葯師價格，再三確認：處理費低於20RM，請讓我們放心，所以我們當場就處理了：碘伏清潔+貼無菌布+葯膏防菌，清潔完成後還給了兩板葯品（以為包含在20rm內）：活血化淤+消腫。但是當我們退房checkout時結款賬單為181RM！！！醫葯師跑到lobby拿着打印出的表格翻臉不認 報價：清創為100rm（碘伏、創口貼、人工）+80rm（葯品）！！！摺合人民幣為300元！！！奈何異國他鄉兩個小姑娘不敢多爭辯，也沒有語音證據，所以妥妥付了現金180rm（回去的時候走的急，沒有拍結算單），不想影響當日的回國行程。整段停泊島行程和酒店服務都很棒，竟然在最後關頭搞了那麼一出，感覺被擺了一道，瞬間沒了心情💢。但凡清創時説要100rm，我也會接受，但是前後價差之大，十分無語就是了。避雷帖，大家任何費用產生過程請保留證據，以免被坑。
