A unique property, it sits atop a movie multiplex, with just two floors dedicated to the hotel. Walking in, there's a brief moment of "wait, where's the hotel?" since the entrance opens straight into cinema, but that confusion disappears the moment you head up to the rooms. Once there, everything about the stay comes together nicely. The rooms are comfortable, the service is genuinely good, and the staff are warm. I'd requested a room upgrade for my birthday, which they'd already arranged without any fuss. As we were packing up to check out next morning, the doorbell rang, and three hotel staff walked in with two cakes and a birthday card to wish me a happy birthday. It was completely unexpected and easily the highlight of the stay. They'd also arranged an early morning packaged breakfast (upon request) for us since we were leaving at 5 AM next morning: fruits, sandwiches, and muffins, thoughtfully put together for such an early start. A special thank you to Ramya, Sameeksha, and Zeeshan for putting that surprise together. Small gestures like this are what turn a good stay into a genuinely memorable one.
