I would like to appreciate the efforts of the hotel sweeper who maintained the cleanliness of the hotel premises during my stay. The floors, corridors, and common areas were always spotless and fresh. They were very regular in their duty, polite in behavior, and never caused any disturbance to guests. Their hard work behind the scenes really contributed to a clean and hygienic environment, which made my stay comfortable. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for their dedication and professionalism

So the overall experience was nice no issue about the staff and so and the food was always up to the mark like delicious always no complaint about that also Plus the staff was so friendly and didn't have anything to complaint about So I have met Parth , Bhagyashree there and both were nice to us all and supported us through everything We will definitely visit after because of these experiences

It was a good stay at keys prima...... Hospitality was very good and overall experience was nice..... We will recommend this this hotel to everyone...... Also staff was very nice and professional...... Reception evening shift staff Yash and Bhagyashree was very helpful and friendly.

Comfortable hotel , friendly staff and good food. Mr.Dharambeer and it was wonderful. I visit every month for business need from last time and this time it going upgraded. In food as well as rooms . Staff taking good care while staying . Would come again next month for sure
