Standard low cost 4 star hotel; has seen its glory day in the past and now befallen in dismay as compared to its competition. Needs to upgrade to new interiors, very friendly staff and great location for old Town pune.

I had overall great experience. 10/10 service and cleaning. Improvement needed: Lobby should have WiFi for guests. In food please add Kolkata Biryani

The hotel is high standard and very clean rooms and best staff . Food and choice of Breakfast is execellent. Will come back for sure. Best front office staff . And we did a Bussiness meeting in Banquet hall which was successful done and food was best . A special thanks to GR manager and GM of hotel too .

The over all atmosphere of the hotel was very clean. The rooms were also well maintained and the toilets were clean. Mr sanmar came for the house keeping and cleaned the room instantly

We were on a business trip and had a comfortable stay at Hotel Pride Pune. The rooms are spacious, neat & clean with good amenities. We stayed in Delux King Room. The housekeeping and service is very good. The Buffet Breakfast & Dinner has very good varieties and the food taste is good. The staff at restaurant is polite, courteous and eager to serve the guests. The ambience and vibration of the Hotel is good. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Located in Shivaji Nagar, one may easily get cabs to commute to any part of the city. Safe for family as well.
