Zostel Plus Lonavala

Amazing experience. The rooms were tip top, room services on the spot, non veg lovers the food is yummazing, musical night are like out of body experience as they bring real artist. Dj night could have been better as the playlist was like a wedding sangeet function but I heard from my partners that it depends as last time when he came dj was good. May be it depends on the artist they book. Community manager is good he arranged interesting activities in game zone. The view is spectacular. Worth spending each penny

Just returned from zostel plus Lonavala today morning. Even though the location of the hotel was out of this world, away from the Hustle bustle of city life, the room, service and maintenance were absolutely pathetic. The room that we checked in was suite with Lake View. The room was very spacious had a wonderful view from the Windows and uniquely had a bathtub in the living area. But that was all the good point about the room. When we checked in to the room the AC was not working and it was even broken as you can see from my pics, the fan was full of dust which sprinkled all over us and the floor at night, the bathtub was leaking and water leaking out on the floor in front of the washroom, the tea kettle which was provided was also burnt and yes the worst part was that the towels that we were provided seemed the same with which the housekeeping staff cleans the commode n washroom as both were of same texture and colour and kept together. We had to call the service supervisor at least four to five times during our stay It was very very disappointing. Even though management has assured correction on all these, our vacation was compromised to a great extent. Carried a very high expectation from zostel which was not kept. Request to concerned authorities to take this up very seriously and do the needful asap

The property’s lakeside location and views were beautiful, but strict time restrictions on the pool (8 AM–8 PM), gaming area (8 AM–11 PM), and lake access (8 AM–8 PM) made the experience feel limited. The café food was slightly above average. 5

A well planned corporate picnic of our company with breathtaking views and really good ambience. The weekends specially have live bands which makes the atmosphere more rocking and not to forget food with plenty of delicious food variety and drinks.

If you're looking for an amazing destination, this place should be at the top of your list! The vibe is absolutely electric, and I can guarantee it's something everyone will love. I highly recommend that you visit at least once—trust me, you won't regret it!

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices, it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near lonavala pawna lake. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again.
