The Eleton Resort was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The all inclusive package offered everything I could have wanted and more. The pool was beautiful, clean, and the spa was a dream. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. I want to point out the amazing staff and how kind they are ❤️

Great value for money. Quiet Surroundings. Nice Breakfast. Friendly Staff. The SPA is a bit outdated, not fully well maintained, the wet sauna did not work and the hot tub jacuzzi did not work properly. Very nice lobby. Outdoor Pool with a view.

The premises are perfect, pool area is a little tight but really nice. Loved the food, rooms are nice and cozy. The price seems fair for the services offered by the hotel. I’d come back another time. Special for spending nice holidays or in summer time. Thanks for everything

Horrible. Dirty hotel. Beds sheets towels pilows, etc. The spa was the worst, dirty pool, whirlpool was cold, and dirty suanas had roaches. Horrible experience. The hotel need a deep cleaning 100 pct. I will never come back and we wish we get our money back.

The staff is very friendly. However, regarding the facilities, the gym does not meet expectations at all, and the heated pool is limited in terms of time. Additionally, it has steps that are not visible and can hurt you if you bump into them. The edges of the pool are dangerous. I don't know how the use of it can be authorized under these conditions. I do not recommend it.

Hermosa estadía! Excelente atención! Las instalaciones son muy buenas, la gente que trabaja es muy cordial y la comida excelente. El spa súper recomendable, la vista desde las habitaciones y de la pileta es muy hermosa, se logra ver el lago y Carlos Paz y alrededores

Tuve una experiencia increíble, la atención del personal fue excelente, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar. La comida fue otro punto destacado: variada, de gran calidad y con opciones para todos los gustos. Los masajes estuvieron excelentes. Lo único que mejoraría es la organización del spa. Sería ideal que se restrinjan los turnos para evitar aglomeraciones y que se establezca una política de solo adultos, permitiendo así un ambiente más tranquilo para el descanso. En general, recomiendo totalmente este hotel y sin duda volvería.
