The mattress was great.

This is my first time ever leaving a negative hotel review, but this stay was honestly very disappointing. On the same floor as the hotel (third floor), there is an adult entertainment venue. At first, my family and I thought it was a wellness or massage center and even considered going in, but the staff there directly told us it was a place “for men only.” This was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially for families. It also felt very unsafe and poorly managed—people were smoking inside the elevator, which is completely unacceptable. The room itself was not clean. There were spider webs, stains inside the drinking cups, an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the floor did not feel properly cleaned. To make things worse, at around 5 a.m., there were people loudly talking and laughing in the corridor, along with repeated door slamming. I had to call the front desk twice before they finally sent someone to handle it, but by then my sleep had already been completely disrupted. Overall, this was a very, very poor hotel experience. The only advantage is the location, as it is conveniently located opposite Puning Garment City.

Good service, and location was good. Not many tourist and off peak season. One room did smell like cigarette though.

Very close to Puning Plaza, so walking to the mall is no problem at all. The interior environment is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The parking lot is a bit small but just about adequate. The hotel service is very thoughtful, and the Teochew New Year atmosphere was strong. A really wonderful experience.

The room was really good, especially for the price – I think it was excellent value. The bed was super soft too. After check-out, the staff even followed up and asked if there were any areas for improvement. I truly appreciate that kind of genuine and sincere attitude. I hope they keep it up and even surpass All Seasons hotels! 😘

Nearby got better options and nearer to the mall, both walking distance. The room is small, angel shown is from the side angle...not recommended

I came to Chaoshan with my friends and wanted to stay in Puning for two days to eat and go shopping. I asked for help to arrange a clean and larger room. The front desk said that they could upgrade it for free for us to experience. The service was very good and they took the initiative to upgrade us. They also enthusiastically helped to find the location and introduced some fun and delicious places. The takeaway can also be delivered to the door by the robot. The favorability is full ☺️ The service is good and the mood is good. The room has good lighting and ventilation, and there is no peculiar smell. The floor is higher and you can see some night views at night. I heard that there is a rich nightlife here and it is really lively to go shopping at night. Hahaha, if you want to eat more here, I suggest going to the food stalls and snack street. It is fresh and delicious. I ate chicken pot, beef hot pot, rice rolls, fried tofu, and steamed vegetables. I just didn’t play much, so let’s grow some weight. Hahaha, relax, live leisurely for two days, eat happily, and have fun~

Not bad, recommended 👍I stayed here for four or five days when I came back from an exam with my kids at home. The environment is nice. There is a rest area in the lobby downstairs with bookshelves and many books. The kids were reviewing, and I also read for a few days. Hahaha. Before coming, I called the staff to help reserve a quieter room. The service was good and they upgraded the room for free. I stayed for two days and was very comfortable, so I extended it again. The room was very quiet and basically everything you need was prepared. The service was in place 👍It is also convenient to go out for a walk and eat. I ate the local specialties recommended by the front desk for a few days. I didn't disappoint them and they were delicious. But I didn't have time to enjoy the scenery. I ate so much hahaha. I'll come back for a few days at the end of the summer vacation to walk around and take a look. I will stay here again!

The room was cleaned very well, and the toiletries were complete, including hand sanitizer. The orientation of the room was also good, and the location of the room with dry and wet separation was also easy to find. It was about 10 minutes away from Puning Station. The service attitude of the front desk staff was also very good and considerate. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The room had a window, and it was very convenient to travel. I can give it a five-star review❤️
