FUYEZ. L’hôtel est sympa et l’emplacement bon. Je me serai arrêtée là si le personnel n’avait pas répondu à mon commentaire Booking en me traitant de menteuse. On nous a volé, DANS LA CHAMBRE, la moitié des habits de mon mari (pourquoi???) ainsi que mon appareil photo. Nous avons tout essayé pour les récupérer, même offert de l’argent rien n’y a fait. J’ai été honnête et très gentille dans mon commentaire Booking, ils ont répondu en m’accusant de mentir (encore une fois, pourquoi??), alors je vous le dis, Puno est remplie d’hôtels, n’allez pas ici. Désolée.
