Everything was excellent Clean room, Staff were very nice and professional. Good Food and Snacks. Spend most of my time on the Pool entertainment were excellent. I was disappointed with the beach it was not that clean. Night entertainment was excellent great team. I will recommend visiting this hotel we had a great Vacation.

The place was beautiful, very clean ( wish more of the stuff could speak English. Spa was great!

The properties clean and updated the food is horrible. Very poor quality low selection not recommended. The beach is horrible. Definitely will not go back to this place.

The resort was nice and quiet. Perfect for families. I was very disappointed in the resort food. It was lacking flavor and freshness. They didn’t have any real fresh squeezed juices and didn’t have a lot of fresh fruit in general. We’ve stayed at a dreams resort before in Puerto Vallarta and had a much better experience. Your choices of food in the resort were steak, Italian or buffet. The Asian restaurant was only opened on specific days. Not only that but one of the rooms had big roaches every day. Also, one of the rooms was shared with 3 people and they didn’t have a private door to the shower so that made things a little awkward showering. Every time we would ask for help, the staff would shrug us off. I would probably not come back.

Beach is useless and stinky(From so much sargassum). Pools are dirty. Food is mediocre at best(Mandela was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant). Balcony ceiling crumbled from weather. Entertainment was equivalent to a local talent show. Quick changes on what food is available and when made it hard to plan ahead. Preferred pool changed location during stay(Seemed weird). I would like to shout out the employees at the Italian restaurant, very pleasant experience and good food. Overall though, very underwhelming experience and nowhere close to a 5 star hotel and wouldn’t spend the money or time to come here again.

This hotel advertises itself as a 5-star resort, but it felt more like a 3-star experience at luxury prices. The beach was full of sargassum the entire stay and was never properly cleaned, making it unpleasant to enjoy the ocean. In the room, basic amenities like bathroom hooks were missing, and despite multiple requests, nothing was fixed. Staff were polite but rarely followed through on promises. We also requested morning cleaning due to a family member’s disability and need for afternoon rest, but this was ignored every day. The most concerning issue was the Italian restaurant, where several family members became sick after eating. On a positive note, the buffet and restaurant staff were friendly and hardworking. Overall, the hotel suffers from poor management, lack of accountability, and inconsistent service.

We were extremely impressed with the facility, the quality of the food, and most of all, the outstanding staff. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and always willing to guide or assist us with anything we needed. Their excellent service truly made our experience memorable. We will definitely be returning soon!
