TAN Resorts Marina Cap Cana - All Inclusive

Staff treats you great at the resort rooms were good just a little outdated and for me the bathroom has a weird smell. The food could have been better some days with some meats being overcooked but overall was a great resort.

It is extremely disappointing that ******* is promoting and selling packages to a property that is clearly rundown, outdated, and unprofessional. This experience has fallen far below any reasonable expectation for what was advertised. I am especially frustrated that I paid for what was meant to be a memorable spring break trip for my son, only for it to be wasted at a resort that does not meet basic standards of quality or service. The conditions at the property were unacceptable: • The pools were visibly dirty • The rooms had a persistent moldy odor • Our room, in particular, reeked of cigarette smoke throughout the night • The only meal we had at the resort (breakfast) was subpar and disappointing Service was also inconsistent and, at times, unprofessional. While there were a couple of standout employees—specifically Rosemary and Ricardo—who made an effort to improve our experience, the majority of staff we encountered were unfriendly, unhelpful, and appeared disengaged. For example, when we took the shuttle to the beach, we were immediately told by an employee, Emily, that despite being labeled as “VIP guests,” we were not allowed to eat or drink at the restaurant. This was both confusing and embarrassing. Fortunately, Ricardo stepped in to resolve the situation, but this kind of experience reflects a broader pattern everything felt unnecessarily difficult and poorly managed . Resort was beautiful, they upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom which was great for our family traveling with small baby. The food was excellent, and resort was quiet. Entertainment was in the evening and a great place for families with small kids. Staff was wonderful and super accommodating. Jose and his team was great- they loved our daughter like she was their own. Maria our butler was fantastic as well and very helpful. Only thing that was hard was taking shuttle to the beach with small child. But beach is very nice just not convenient for us.

The property was beautiful. The food was good as well and the staff was extremely attentive polite and fun!

I had a wonderful stay at Tan Resorts. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, especially at check-in with a special room upgrade and a welcome tray. The evening shows were spectacular, and the pool area was pleasant. However, I did notice some damages in my assigned room that should have been addressed beforehand, so I suggest the hotel thoroughly inspects rooms before assigning them. At the beach, I was a bit disappointed—while the hotel has a private section, the area wasn’t as clean as I expected, and the shades were broken, so I had to find a spot to avoid direct sun. Also, the beach beverage service was slow, and there was a lack of clear signage between buffets, which led to some confusion. I suggest the hotel improve the beach upkeep, ensure better transport coordination, and expand activities beyond just the pool or evening shows. With thorough room inspections, motivating staff training, and more diverse offerings, this resort could be exceptional. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it with these improvements.

This place is incredible—the rooms are very clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and respectful. All in all, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed it immensel 👌

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to! There is a window in the toilet, shower and bathtub! The food is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend. I was so disappointed

The hotel is under new management again. Rooms hadn’t been properly cleaned, caught a glimpse inside the kitchen which explained why the food looked so awful so we walked out. Staff are just trying to keep the hotel running.

My room was over the top!! And i really had the chance to relax. If your looking to turn up this is not the place. This Resort is a real relaxing stay!! The only thing i wasn't happy about is the food. The only reason i give it 4 stars.
