Sunscape Coco Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Extremely disappointing stay – I would never return I really did not enjoy my stay at this resort. The whole place felt dated, old and dirty, and the service was extremely disappointing. The food was a major letdown. The food truck was greasy and unpleasant, and the sports bar was closed. Instead, we were left with burgers, hot dogs, nachos, fries and bits of salad being served as late-night snacks in the pizza restaurant from 11pm. We arrived at 2am, and the beef burger tasted absolutely awful. The food areas were also open, with cats jumping onto tables and grabbing leftover food. The lunch buffet was nasty, and although the Brazilian restaurant was okay, we ended up with upset stomachs afterwards. The drinks were just as disappointing. At the pool bar, I asked for a margarita and was told they had no ingredients, so the bartender made me a drink with pineapple juice instead. The coffee outlet was initially nice, but the quality of the iced coffees and other drinks became extremely poor. Our room was another huge disappointment. We had booked a swim-up room with lounge benefits, but were told that our booking had apparently misled us. We also did not receive the bathrobes that were included in our booking. The fridge and swim-up area were extremely dirty, and the room phone did not work, so we couldn't even call reception. To make matters worse, when our booking provider contacted the resort directly to try to resolve the issues, the front desk would not allow us to speak with a manager. The customer service was shocking, and we felt completely let down. The nightclub was a joke, and there was very little entertainment worth mentioning. The only enjoyable part of our entire stay was the beach party. Overall, this resort fell far below our expectations. Between the poor food, cleanliness issues, disappointing drinks, closed facilities and terrible customer service, the experience was one we would not want to repeat. I would never return, and my family have now cancelled their bookings for next month. Save yourself the disappointment and make sure you check recent reviews before booking.

Room: my room was upgraded to a large room, nice location. Food: Luckily, I was at the Sunsclub side, so buffet was waaaay better than the regular one ( it was damn bad) , I dont know how people could eat there. Sorry. Service: staff was 5 star, super friendly, if you didnt like something, they would look out a way to please you. Parking: in most Punta Cana hotels, parking is limited ( dunno why). I was lucky somebody left at the time I arrived.

Absolutely Incredible All-Inclusive Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was hands down one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers unlimited drinks across several bars and unlimited food from a variety of restaurants – there’s something for every taste. Whether you're craving international cuisine or local flavors, the options are endless and delicious. The in-house entertainment was top-notch, with plenty of activities and shows every day and night. The private beach was a dream – complete with day beds, crystal-clear water, and plenty of space to relax. The pools were stunning too – perfect for both families and adults looking to unwind. One thing that really impressed me was the 24-hour on-site doctor’s clinic – such a thoughtful and reassuring service to have, especially when traveling. A small heads-up: the hotel is a bit far from the airport and the city center. We had a rental car, so it wasn't an issue for us, but I didn’t see a shuttle service offered, which could be inconvenient for some guests. Planning ahead for transportation would be a good idea. That said, everything else about this place was absolutely amazing. The service is top-notch, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the overall experience is just unbeatable. A must-visit destination – incredible value for what you get! 🌴🍹✨

Perfect hotel to relax, excellent food, very good pizza restaurant, beach bar

Because I paid through a third party i was not allowed to amend my reservation and I end up stuck with all of the additional cost and the staff refuse to adjust my reservation. I paid for 4 people all inclusive from Thursday to Sunday. I had to book another hotel for sun to Monday. The hotel refuse to reimburse me for the other room and the additional people who could not makes the trip because they were in the hospital. Just sad...

Good trip, price friendly resort

Very disappointed.! I been scammed by this horrible company. I would like recommend it at others as avoid this place.
