very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

Cannot wait to return. The location is idyllic. Pristine beach and clear water. Manicured grounds and lovely relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. La palapa and blue restaurants served outstanding food with a good wine list. Again service was first class. Our personal concierges were Sara and Santiago. They took care of every single detail. We hope to be back soon. Thank you guys. We appreciated everything.

We recently returned to Eden Roc, a place we’ve been visiting regularly since 2020. All our favorite parts were unchanged: the weather, the beach, the rooms, the food & beverage, the sincere and friendly staff. But there were some surprises, too. An improved cocktail menu at one restaurant. A new Milanese at another. A staff member proud of being promoted since we saw him in May. A new room type we hadn’t experienced before. Some places fall apart on close inspection. Eden Roc reveals new wonders.

Our entire family of 24 just came back from the most amazing four night stay at the Founder's Villa at Eden Roc. The accommodations were beyond our wildest dreams, gorgeous rooms, spacious common areas, enormous pool, and the most incredible views of the ocean and golf course. What really made the trip complete was the entire staff. They truly catered to our every desire! Junior, Castello, Juan Pablo, our servers, and our own personal chef - we could not have asked for a more courteous, knowledgeable, professional, attentive staff. Greeted with a smile from the minute we arrived to the last hug when we left, I wish we could have stayed longer!

Came here as an anniversary trip for my wife and I. Came to relax and enjoy the property. We have been to many Caribbean islands and resorts. We are not golfers and spent no time golfing, so can make no comments about the golfing experience here. The resort was very clean & beautifully maintained. Wi-fi access was strong and uniform. I never once had to take my phone off of airplane mode during our trip. The food is a bit expensive but at the quality of the paid food is very high. The breakfast buffet, which was included with our suite was average. Good, nothing amazing, although the location was nice and the service was typically excellent. Room service was good and ran mostly 24/7. The exercise room was well equipped but unfortunately while we were there, the air conditioning wasn’t properly functioning there so it was hot. I would recommend the resort to any adults.

The Best of the Best in Cap Cana, DR. We absolutely loved our experience here and the service is out of this world. From the bar manager, Matthew, to the bartender Andy at Riva, to the talented pianist! Of course, we have to thank Jose and the wedding planning team for making our wedding tasting a wonderful experience and to Chef Albert for curating such a delicious menu! We can't wait to be back in November to celebrate with all of you and friends and family. Thank you all!
