Finest Punta Cana by the Excellence Collection - All Inclusive

Overall, the trip was okay I was hoping for a bit more, especially since it was a special occasion. My room was absolutely beautiful and definitely one of the highlights. However, the food was a bit disappointing at times; many dishes lacked flavour, which was a letdown. That said, I made the most of it and focused on celebrating. Even if everything wasn’t perfect, I’m still grateful for the experience.

This is our second time at the Finest, we absolutely love it! The food, the rooms great for families, and the beach is so beautiful! Our favourite place in the DR.

If you are traveling for the beach pick other resort . if you like swimming pools this resort is for you. has ok food but great service. Night time amenities are lacking also

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.

It was excellent, we had a great time

Friendly staff but little bit small

The staff was amazing. The resort was beautiful. Already booking to return
