Everything was magnificent. The service was excellent. The hotel is luxurious. There was an abundance of delicious food with a great selection for children. The downsides were that it's a long taxi ride to the shop and the sea had a lot of seaweed (we didn't swim much because of it). I definitely recommend the hotel and will certainly return.

My first all inclusive experience and it was beyond my expectation. I had a swim out room and was part of the preferred club, with a personal butler and food concierge to cater for halal food. The resort was beautiful with many pools, a serene beach and a lazy river! So many restaurants to choose from plus a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I spent the entire time at the resort with no need for any excursions. There were nightly entertainment, unlimited snacks and drinks [non-alcoholic for me] and twice daily house keeping. Overall, I would stay again for the food [taste, variety and service], amenities [lazy river!] and hospitality [friendly staff].  PS: You will also have access to all amenities of BREATHLESS, the adults only side.

The place is not too clean. A bit worn out and the restroom disbaled seating has old rust and the drainage is not attached on the shower. The activities are fun and the food is top notch . Service is amazing too ..

The food was very mediocre, the beach was full of sargassum, and there was a tractor on the beach all day.

Good place, very good value for money, buffet food and themed dinners of more moderate quality, very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is the room service; sometimes they came very late, sometimes very early, it wasn't predictable.

In terms of cleanliness it is excellent, but in terms of food they need to improve in terms of freshness; we all left with stomach problems, diarrhea and cramps.

I found the staff to be rude and unaccomodating. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly and some of the amenities such as the jacuzzi didn’t work.
