This property was impressive and one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Desk staff was personable & efficient; room was spacious & very comfortable. Located near walking trails, city park & memorials, including a miniature replica of the Vietnam Wall. Can’t say enough about this property! One suggestion: (except for the night of 4-30) the rooftop bar staff seemed more interested in themselves than the customers & could benefit from some interpersonal/customer service training. Overall, excellent!!! This will be our hotel of choice when returning to the area.

Stayed again and another great experience. Room is large and clean with great A/C. And food at the Perch the rooftop bar/restaurant is excellent. Kelli was a fun bartender too. This is our place when going to the west coast to see family

We would have liked to eat breakfast in the hotel instead of on the windy rooftop.
The waitresses needed more training. We ordered eggs and potatoes . The potatoes were dried up and cold . The waitress asked if we needed any catsup and took forever getting back to us . No butter and when we asked only received one small pat and 2 jellies.
We had eaten up there the afternoon before and our waiter was excellent .

We have stayed at this property a number of times in the past and always have had an exceptional experience. I didn’t read the property description before booking this time and was surprised to see that the pool was missing when we got there. Internet signal was not always great in our room. Great stay!

We flew from Indiana to get warmer weather and relax by a pool. Pool is mentioend in the amentities along with a spa. Neither are located on this property and we were not the least bit happy about this. We told the staff about the issue andthey said the pool hasn't been there for 2 years or more. Bad advertising leaves to bad review!!! Please remove pool and spa from your amentiites so no one else has a disaapointing stay

Amazing hotel in an amazing area.
A couple things a traveler should know. If you don't have a phone (for whatever reason) you will not be able to get transportation anywhere. No taxi - no shuttle - no assistance.
I understand the desire for a non-permeable mattress pad, but the plastic backing made for an uncomfortably hot - thus restless - sleep.
With that much invested in the hotel and location, just a little more effort in customer service and you would have five stars all around.
