The Ritz-Carlton O‘Ahu, Turtle Bay

Black shop, be careful to fall into the trap! Although this hotel is beautifully decorated, the service is very poor. Please pay attention to the following: 1) If you stay in a room with a club room, do not buy extra breakfast and lunch! Because even if you pay an extra $1000 breakfast fee and an extra $1000 lunch fee per day, the hotel will not recognize the extra meals originally booked on Ctrip. After several negotiations, the hotel reluctantly let us eat in the club lounge that was originally included in the room type. So do not buy an extra $2000+tax breakfast and lunch. It is not a meal in the restaurant. The extra payment is unnecessary. Be careful of being trapped! 2) The room we stayed in was a Bungalow room, the room was beautiful. But the supporting facilities in the room were so poor! There was no landline in the room! In addition, I learned that due to environmental protection requirements, no bottled water was provided! There is no paid mini bar! The Fridge is empty. 3) There is no 24-hour front desk. No one is on duty to answer the phone after dark. If you want to find the front desk, no one will answer you. When I checked in, I didn't realize that there was no telephone in the room. I wanted to get a bottle of water to take medicine in the middle of the night, and I found it when I wanted to call the front desk. Because the bungalow is far away from the reception, and it just rained at night, I had no way to communicate with the front desk in the middle of the night. I had to use my mobile phone to make an international long-distance call to the front desk. The call went through, but it was connected to the voicemail box, and the voicemail box was full, so I couldn't leave a message! 4. In general, the cost-effectiveness is super low! The room facilities and services are not at the level of Ritz Carlton that I know. According to the room rate of the bungalow including the club lounge, the remaining room rate is $10,000 per night, not including tax. The extra breakfast and lunch fee is $14,000 per night, which is really a low cost performance. There should be better options in Honolulu Beach Resort.

Fantastic location, fantastic view. The facilities are great and the food at the restaurant is all great! Very classy atmosphere. The golf course next door is also great.

The service attitude of the hotel is so good. The room I was given was on the second floor, close to the Pacific Ocean, but it was blocked by the hotel platform, so I couldn't see anything. Later, I was upgraded to a pool view for free, and I could see part of the sea view and mountain view.

Very nice hotel, but unfortunately the cocktails and food are very expensive!

This hotel should be the previous Turtle Bay Resort, so it was not opened in 2024 at all. The rooms are very old and not worth the price.
