"**Appalling - the whole experience with this company. Travelled down there with work, both work vans were broken into and all the equipment was stolen. Hotel staff couldnt care less. Parking - Horizon are just ripoffs on 2 occasions was in the car park for 15/20 mins to pick up something from the room, was billed £60.00 each time. Went through customer services (because i didnt want to make any error)when i needed to cancel one peronsns stay and book another (before Checkin ) , they messed it up so have not received any refund for the 3 days i cancelled. Called guest relations twice to sort it out - wished i hadnt bothered... I have emailed in explaining about the refund . have been ignored. We will never use Premier Inn again.****"

"They are spot on when they say no frills hotel. Wow. I thought premier inn hotels were the best of cheaper hotel stays but this one was grim. No staff on reception and when their screen based check in system doesn’t work and you have to ask their miserable staff, they treat you like a criminal. Less than basic hotel. Dirty rooms, stained carpets, the room stunk, even the soap dispensers didn’t work in the bathroom. Awful coffee too. The staff are ignorant and make you feel very unwelcome. Would never recommend this place. Holiday inn is much better locally if staying for business. At least their staff say hello and don’t glare at you like you shouldn’t be there. Would never stay at premier inn again."

"We arrived late at night, got an upgraded room, lots of people complaining about the head but the air con in our room was amazing. Pool was a let down half the pool shut for swim lessons very noisy and busy not very relaxing with parents all stood round the room did not feel cancelled relax like you want to at a hotel pool, breakfast was good, apart from other customers allowing their children to pick up pastries and put them back and taking food they didn't want back to the buffet, nobody wants food that's been on someone else's plate. Reception staff very good trying to deal with lots of angry people but from my perspective we had a beautiful room"

"A lovely stay from start to finish. Friendly reception upon arrival and an easy check-in process. They changed our room to one without a balcony as we had our young son with us, which was thoughtful. The grounds and building are well kept and the bedroom was so clean and modern. The bar was handy for drinks, snacks and sport (we just missed last food orders but pizzas looked good). We had a lovely breakfast the next day in a beautiful large room off the library, which had plenty of options for adults and children!"

"Ideal location. Welcoming and polite check in from members of staff. Didn't get chance to use resteraunt as we were in a hurry for an O2 Arena event. Room was adequate for stay although shower head wouldn't stay in a fixed position, the toilet sprayed water at you when you flushed and it would have been nice to have a bin near kettle to put used tea bags etc in. Checked around the room before leaving the following morning and found dog toys under the bed so obviously not cleaned properly before we arrived."
