1. Kebersihan : kamar dan kamar mandi kurang 2. Keramahan: petugas sangat ramah (security, front office, housekeeping) 3. Fasilitas : kurang unit TV dan remote sudah waktu nya diganti 4. Masalah manajemen banyak curhat petugas hotel kalau manajemen nya seenak nya
