Pushkar Retreat Resort

Room is nice and comfy, but some people ruined our experience, by playing music, drinking, smoking and fighting late at night (2AM) The staff tried to control the situation but they had no authority over these entitled customers.

I usually don’t write reviews, but what my husband and I experienced at Pushkar Retreat Resort was extremely shocking, unsafe, and traumatic. Upon check-in, we were given a dirty room filled with insects, spiders, lizards, and even cigarette butts and Kaan khajura lying in the bathroom. It was clear the room had not been cleaned properly. When we raised this issue with the staff, instead of resolving it, we were told to switch off the lights and just go to sleep – no apology, no action, just pure negligence.They came after so much asking to clean it. Even worse, when we kept requesting a resolution, the staff started harassing us and making us feel like we were in the wrong for expecting basic cleanliness. The owner later called my husband and spoke in a threatening tone, questioning how we dared to complain. The level of mental harassment was unbearable. In the morning, despite breakfast being included in our package, they refused to serve us, making us wait for almost an hour. When we finally got food, the owner again harassed us, questioning how we could ask the staff for juice.We just asked for juice, they denied so we said okay. He went on to intimidate us by saying he knows powerful people. Instead of being apologetic Fearing for our safety, we had to leave the resort in the middle of the night. This place was not only unclean but also extremely unsafe, with threatening behavior from both staff & owner . I am posting this ***** with photos of the room to warn others not to risk their safety and peace of mind by staying here. Highly not recommended – please think twice before booking.

Best location at pushkar , the view from the hotel top is absolutely amazing and mountain viwe. The rooms are really spacious as compared to any other hotel in the area at pushkar . The heritage look of the hotel provides a unique experience. The service is also satisfactory and was upto my expectation spacaily food was delues. Really enjoyed my time in pushkar and Thanks to the hotel staff for making it a memorable experience.

We stayed at Pushkar retreat resort Pushkar only for a night while we were at Pushkar. The rooms are neat and clean. The services was also good. The owners was very friendly and helpfull. We had breakfasts at the property's which was also amazing. Overall we had a hassle free stay at pushkar.

I came here with my family. Located 2 kms away from the city's hustle bustle. The location is well surrounded by rose gardens and lots of greenery. Rooms are comtable .The hotel staff is cooperative and helfully . Overall it's a budget hotel, nice and peaceful stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the property was very clean and had beautiful and clean gardens and large pool. The food was good and the staff was very helpful. The resort is just near the city center . Amazing lacation highly recommend.
