The hotel is clean, and the service is excellent. I usually stay here for business trips. The rooms are quite nice and spacious, with complete amenities. They even offer free laundry and drying services, and the front desk staff will watch your clothes for you, so you don't have to wait around yourself. It's really thoughtful.

The restroom was very clean, and they even provided disposable alcohol wipes on the toilet, which was a nice touch! It was a standard twin room, and we also received complimentary fruit upon check-in. The customer service staff were very enthusiastic.

A great hotel in Hanjiang, with excellent service and quick check-in. The room was quite spacious, clean, tidy, and bright. The amenities were well-equipped, and the self-service laundry room with full dryers was very convenient; the front desk staff even kept an eye on things, making it a very guest-friendly hotel.

This hotel was my choice for a business trip, and it was excellent. The decor is very nice, and the service attitude is great. Basically, anything I needed, the front desk was able to help with. The room was spacious and very clean. Plus, having a self-service laundry room was really convenient. For a stay in Hanjiang, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended! I stayed at this hotel on a friend's recommendation, and it was indeed great. Both the environment and service were excellent. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and proactively helped resolve issues. There's also a snack street nearby. It's a fantastic hotel, I highly recommend it to everyone, thumbs up!

The room exceeded my expectations – it was clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. Both the front desk and housekeeping services were very thoughtful and attentive, which I appreciated. 🙏 However, because there's a KTV and a banquet hall, parking can be a bit tight, especially on weekend evenings. You'll also see many women going in and out of the elevator due to the commercial KTV, but that's really up to personal preference.

The staff were really enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions. The room was well-equipped, and both the cleanliness and environment were excellent. The bedding was super comfortable to sleep in, and I especially appreciated the lotion provided in the room – it was perfect for the dry weather. Great value for money, and overall, a very pleasant experience. I'd definitely choose this place again next time.

I had a very comfortable stay. The room's amenities were complete and cozy. Even though I booked the cheapest room and didn't opt for a more expensive one, this hotel is by far the best I've stayed in at this price point in recent years. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the overall hygiene to the toiletries. And the service! Every staff member I encountered, whether entering or exiting, greeted me politely, which really brightened my mood, haha! It was great, I'll definitely be back!

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The front desk lady had such a sweet smile and even offered to help with my luggage. The breakfast had a great variety, and the freshly-made noodles were especially heartwarming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, and I highly recommend it to my friends!

The stay exceeded my expectations! The room layout was well-designed, and the facilities were complete and brand new. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The cleaning staff were meticulous, cleaning every corner thoroughly. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive to requests. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, with excellent amenities nearby. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely a five-star experience!
