Never wanted to leave Our stay at this home was nothing short of amazing. When we arrived, we entered the home to a refreshing colt temperature as the a.c was left on prior to our arrival. The house was immaculate, and well taken care of. I am already looking into booking for a future rental for our family vacation. There are a lot of stairs from the home to the dock so be prepared if you are using the dock. Also needed to place a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs to prevent my little one from going up. The aforementioned aren’t complaints about the property, just general information for anyone with a young family so you are prepared for your stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Very pleased two small things Overall, stay was very good. One small thing that wasn’t clear was the mooring for the boat. It was not directly in front of the dock at all I thought I might have to use one of the neighbors if it was necessary. Fortunately, it did not become necessary because the folks that stayed on the property right on the water did not have a boat The only other thing I think is worth mentioning for people who have Boats is that your water inlet is directly in front of the dock and may be an obstruction for people coming into use the dock causing an unintended issue

Family Time We chose this rental because it was close to where other family members were staying. Our daughter and her husband and little girl spent the first weekend with us and had a wonderful time. The carriage house was clean and comfortable with wonderful views of the lake. We enjoyed our week there. We had thought to bring a child gate with us to keep our little granddaughter from climbing the stairs to the loft. They are a little steep and she's a climber. We were glad we had that with us. I really appreciated that bedding and towels (very nice ones) were provided for us. I found the kitchen to be just right for our needs, well supplied with cooking utensils and dishes. We did not use the lake access for the carriage house because other family members had water frontage at their houses and the nearby beach was perfect for our little one to experience her first swim in a lake. We had a good week and look forward to returning in the future.
