Postillion Amersfoort Veluwemeer ★★★★
"The hotel has switched to a vegetarian breakfast and dinner. What a shame! For us, that's a reason to book somewhere else."
Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Mooi Veluwe ★★★★
"We had a comfort room with terrace. Upon entering, I found the room very dark and small and the bathroom deserved a renovation and a thorough cleaning given the mold in the joints. I wouldn't choose to have carpet everywhere, lots of stains in the hallways and the restaurant. I don't find this very fresh in the hotel room either. There was also mold in the net curtains. And we missed the sockets. There was only 1 in the room and in the shower. Next to the bed would be handy. But the bed was perfect, the shower was great and oh how we enjoyed the delicious breakfast! There was plenty, and it was so enjoyable to enjoy the still warm bread that you could cut yourself. The only thing I missed is: squeezing oranges myself! The employees in both the restaurant and the grand café were very friendly! Also the ladies who clean the rooms: big compliment!!!! The surroundings are beautiful! A paradise for cyclists and walkers! Wonderfully quiet area located in the woods. I did not experience the busy road next to the hotel as a nuisance. The toilet in the hallway and in the restaurant area also deserves a renovation. It's all a bit dated."
Kasteel De Vanenburg ★★★★
"Beautiful location indeed. We had a house that was difficult to warm, but otherwise okay. The food was downright chaotic because there was also a party. With many questions we finally got our food. After the stay my ereader was lost. Various telephone calls and emails, where I also indicated that I would check the bedding, were to no avail. Two months later I received the ereader from the laundry. The organization of Vanenburg Castle, no matter how beautiful, leaves much to be desired."
Hof Van Putten ★★★★
"The hotel has a beautiful house with a beautiful reception. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant looks pretty and the food served is fine. Breakfast is also in the restaurant and is quite extensive. Then the room, I had a standard room in the sub-building. The room was not too large, but clean, the beds were fine, the bathroom dated."
