Upon check-in, the front desk floor was infested with tiny bugs. A sign mentioning insect control measures failed to explain the prevalence of the infestation. Other guests checking in at the same time inquired about the insect situation and the noise level from the karaoke, but the front desk responded with vague responses like "It's all the same" and "It's hard to say." The first room had large bugs on the walls and stained sheets. When I contacted the front desk to change rooms, they simply asked for the reason without explanation or apology. They later claimed that the same category was full and only a lower category was available, and they refused to refund the price difference. After being moved to a lower category, I still found live bugs on the bed and dead bugs on the floor. Small bugs continued to appear at night, and the infestation problem persisted. Many of my group were forced to sleep in their clothes without unpacking. The hotel proactively provided earplugs, combined with the front desk's vague response regarding the noise level, effectively shifting the noise risk onto the guests. Reviews on online platforms indicate that noise issues are a prevalent problem, while insect infestation and hygiene issues pose a direct threat to safety. After all, guests are spending hundreds of yuan on "accommodation services," not "the challenge of coexisting with bugs" or "a gamble with earplugs to avoid noise." If the hotel cannot even meet the most basic accommodation standards of "insect-free room, quiet environment", it would be better to write clearly on the sign: "This hotel does not guarantee basic hygiene and quietness. By checking in, you accept sleeping with insects and taking a chance with the noise. Please solve all problems by yourself." This will also allow consumers to consider in advance whether the money is worth spending.

The room was very clean and tidy, with a nice and quiet living environment and comprehensive facilities. The front desk lady was very considerate and helped with luggage storage and food, and even gave away ice cream. It was a very good stay!
