Amazing. Perfect hotel in a beautiful location. The staff on reception were brilliant and friendly and the breakfast superb. A great room with a really nice view. If you want to secure a front row beach lounger get to the beach before 8am. Be aware that hiring cars in borsh is tricky.

Our experience was excellent, the staff was awesome, the hotel was very clean, the beach was very near and was very pretty, the morning breakfast was delicious with various of things to choose from. If we wanted to eat dinner at the restorant in the hotel it was a little bit expensive but overall 10/10 experience.

Ailint and Flori were very friendly and nice guys.The man with glasses that was working in the restaurant was very unfriendly.The room was clean and nice decoratet.When we were looking outside we were having a beautifull view on the sea.The food was delicious.

Nice and respectful staff, clean hotel, good food, spaceous rooms. I got to know Ajlind and Flori which were receptionists and they made sure everything was taken care of. Very pleased with my visit to this hotel. I would recommend ths hotel if you’re visiting Borsh

Clean and comfy bed and large room in a very nice hotel! Always excellent help from Ajlind in the reception if we needed help or had questions. Very close to beach. The hotel beach bar also had very helpful staff and a delixious pizza! Especially the one with tuna.

I had a great experience. The staff and especially Ajlind was very helpful in printing my documents for an urgent matter. The place is great , smells nice. I highly recommend this place. It is very close to the beach and the breakfast is good and tasty.

I witnessed a hotel guest being accused of stealing a towel. They shouted like that, and when the situation cleared up, no one apologized to them! I warn you against such places. lots of aggression! This is not how you treat guests!! Terrible

terrible hotel. nice rooms and that's it. the staff was offended that you paid by card. owner shouts at staff. this is terrible! on the beach a deckchair on a deckchair. the cleaning ladies shouted at me for an extra towel. no one speaks english. the hotel is very old. in European conditions, a weak 3 stars. much better to stay at Arameras in Ksamil. cheaper and better hotel standard. I don't recommend this to anyone!

We are currently staying at this hotel, as soon as we arrived we were very impressed from the hospitality of the girls in front the cleaniness of the hotel, the greetings and smiles of the restaurant staff. Amazing food and culinary exprerience from the cheff and professionalism of the waiters and Altin. The beach bar offers a veriety of special coctails crafftet by a master bartender and delivered from all the amazing waiters. Highly recoment this establishment as one of the best experiences in Albania. Thank you Sole Luna owners and staff. Not to forget the pizzas are awesome too.
