Radisson Blu Resort, El Quseir

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff who can't do their job well and would rather treat their clients with an attitude rather than fix their mistake and apologize. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Even the manager is just protecting his staff by being more diarespectful than they were to avoid admitting their mistake. Last time for me and will advise my friends and relatives to steer clear from this hotel.

Great place very family friendly. We go every year with our friends and all of our kids. The kids know the place like the back of their hand. Super safe, we enjoy our time while our kids have a blast. In any other place you handle taking the kids to places or going or planning activities with them but in this place you just relax and enjoy.

We visited Radisson Blu Resort El Quseir Marsa Alam 12.11-19.11.2022. It was our first time in this hotel. Absolutely loved it!!! Excellent and beautiful hotel! Great and unique atmosphere to relax and calm down. Amazing, wonderful staff - very friendly and very helpful. Room - nice and clean. Beautiful hotel architecture, well-kept garden and beautiful beach. The area of the resort is very neat and clean. Special thanks to Hamdy Sayed - Executive Chef. Excellent cuisine at the highest level. Varied food, amazing, very delicious! Everyone will surely find something for themselves, it is impossible to even try everything. We appreciate the attention to quality and satisfaction of hotel guests. Great, friendly and helpful staff - all without exception. Super excellente! They make every effort to make your stay special. All of you made us feel extremely welcomed!!! Special thanks to Ahmed Hagag - for his professionalism and hospitality, wonderful, unique and extremely kind approach to guests. Our main goal was diving. It was a great time with the EGYPT EXplorer Diving Center located in the hotel and first class instructors. Diving (boat dives and shore dives) and snorkeling in the Red Sea with them was amazing! so many corals, colorful species of fish, turtles and other creatures! We really enjoyed all our dives and snorkeling and felt cared for throughout our time. Good briefing, good value, and well maintained equipment. The dives were calm and relaxed. The boat dives were amazing! Thanks to all the great staff at Egypt Explorer Diving Center - very friendly and professional. We are truly grateful for everything and everyone at this hotel. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful and unforgettable and we would like to thank everyone who contributed to it 🌹 We highly recommend the Radisson Blu Resort El Quseir Marsa Alam. We hope to come back next year.

We wanted to find peace & quiet, without pushy animation and brassy music all around (this is next to impossible in the modern world). We managed to find it in this hotel! It does have some animation though - it's called "soft". Those who need it were happy, and we just left the pool area at noisy intervals. Fortunately, the beach was quiet at all times. The sea is full of marine life. The beach is spacious, beautiful, and there are enough sunbeds for everyone (at least, in April). However, you have to be prepared for entering the water: buy special sea shoes because corals are very close to the shore. There is a jetty to get into the water, and a very nice and helpful lifeguard is there every day. We'd like to send our special thanks and best regards to him! The restaurant is superb! The menu is various, and we enjoyed all the meals during our 2-week holiday. The guy who makes chef-d-oeuvres from eggs (omlets, scrambled eggs, etc.) is a real wizard! We were charmed by his swift movements and talent. The only nuance that bothered us was that traditional Egyptian cuisine is spicy, which doesn't agree with our stomachs, but one has to be ready for that everywhere in Egypt. All the employees of the hotel are incredibly nice, friendly and highly professional. Back home, we already miss them all:) To name just a few, Ahmed at Guest Relations (a wonderful person!), Taha who was taking care of our room, all the waiters (they are brilliant!), just everybody is so nice! Thank you so much for making our holiday pleasant and comfortable! There was only one impression that can't be called positive - the room was a bit shabby, with noisy air-conditioning and awkward beds for kids. We hope to see some renovation when we have a chance to stay at beautiful Radisson Blu Resort again. Thank you so much!

This is the most peacufull place, nice sea life and beautiful beach, taste food and most friendly staff ever. We are going here every year. This hotel is like second home adn we looking forward to go there again.

As a VIP Member of Radisson Group Hotels, I use seldom resorts as it is more business trips and business Hotels. First time of a Radisson Resort Hotel for holidays. I was surprised by the kindness and efficiency even at a Resort club Hotel. Not to big as infrastructure familiar feeling and staff very friendly and caring. House keeping Room 1822 Super TOP, service and cleaning and kindness. Seldom had such smiling and kind room staff service. I have to point out kindness of Mr. Assad Manager friendly and caring, but one out of ALL is Ibrahim the waiter at the main restaurant, that day after day is always quick and caring for everybody small kids, females with small kids making sir ether have good seating and quick service, make our everybody has it's drinks. Have the time to exchange some nice words with him and always a smile in his face. Full power every day from breakfast, lunch to dinner never ending power and kindness. The location and architecture help this hotel a lot. Otherwise, it is outdated and the services are far from what Radisson means in the world. Amaizing beach, sea structured on two levels (shallow water area for relaxing and the area behind the reef perfect for snorkeling) Being an open area, if you catch a windy period, access to the pontoon will be restricted due to strong waves. The beach is huge and only in one area there is a bar. Another one should be placed. Otherwise, beer on the beach was always warm and served in paper cups and wine only at lunch, dinner, and at the bar until 23:00. After that time it costs. The rooms are nice without being sensational, the minibar is an empty fridge (it is practiced in the area, only in Sharm we found minibar with juice and beer). The towels, in general, are neither perfectly white nor fluffy anymore. And the same applies to the pool towels. On the beach you find 3 kinds of sunbeds, 3 colours of towels, damaged tables. The food was good, varied, extremely Europeanized but the buffet is unattractive: improvised tables, plexiglass. However, if we had not chosen the premium sea view room and the room was not centrally located, I don't think I would have given this score. ps: the score is related to the Egypt area, not Radisson worldwide, otherwise it would be 3.

Beautiful peaceful Hotel. The Staff is very service oriented, attentive. Food is delicious and well presented. Beautiful Views from almost every spot in the Hotel. Super clean and well taken care of Hotel/Garden/Pools.

I booked this resort because I belong to their rewards program. It was a bad choice! It has facilities and service to be recognized as a 5* Resort but it lacks of quality and professionalism! If you like to have better service buy paying a little more a advice you to choose another Resort. Location on front of the Beach is great.
