I had a very unpleasant experience with this employee Mohammed Abd Elbaset. He put me in uncomfortable situations several times, whenever I was at the beach, he kept staring at me, constantly tried to force programs on me, and even asked for my phone number because he wanted to take me on a date. I refused him multiple times, yet he still wouldn’t leave me alone. I recommend everyone to avoid him because of him, I couldn’t enjoy my holiday as much. However, thanks to the Animation Team for the good experiences. They were very kind and helpful, especially Sheko, Mark, Meg, and Asmaa. I’m very grateful to them for the good memories and for making my holiday better.

Resort looks OK. But the extremly loud music around the pool area spoils the holiday. You can here the stupid music everuwhere in the resort.

The place needs better maintenance and management stuff. Not as professional and definitely not convenient to pay such amount for the service received. The location is great, the room was very good in size. Food’s quality and options are so weak, as well the professionalism with stuff is dissatisfying

A very excellent hotel characterized by calm and relaxation It has a swimming pool with a wonderful view and a very beautiful walkway on the sea The food is very good and delicious, the room is spacious and clean, and there is a swimming pool in front of it The treatment of employees and managers is also very good The entertainment team is characterized by activity and fun. They do not force tourists to do anything, and they have an excellent and entertaining night show that we are happy to watch Seriously, this is the most beautiful hotel I will go to in the year 2025 💓💓

This hotel is very beautiful and it will be much more beautiful in a few months as we saw that there are many modifications there but it has many beautiful things The new manager there, Mr. Osama, is a very kind person and monitors his work almost all day long Service:The service is excellent and the staff are friendly and very helpful The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious the room was excellent The entertainment team is very nice and excellent They do morning exercises with us every day and play boccia The evening shows are very good but they really need support Every day something different we enjoyed like couples competition, fire show, faker and other fun activities We will never forget Kimo and his team The beach has beautiful coral reefs but the air there is too much The diving center is very excellent I have been to many hotels in Marsa Alam but I will never forget this hotel I will come back here again

WARNING! HOTEL STAFF STEAL MONEY FROM THE SAFE. I WAS ROBBED FOR $400 AND €100. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! HOTEL STAFF USE "SPECIAL" EMERGENCY CODES TO OPEN THE SAFE. HOTEL MANAGER WAS AVOIDING MY WIFE AND ME. I AM NOT THE ONLY CASE OF THEFT FROM THE SAFE.

The Resort is very quiet and beautiful. It’s all inclusive and the Staff is so kind and friendly. I loved this place so much, if you’re looking for tranquility, piece of mind, and to unwind. This is the perfect place to come and enjoy your stay in Marsa Alam.
