Posto grande e pulito, molto bello, sta un po lontano dall'aeroporto e i taxi sono un po costosi. Molti servizi, ma l'animazione serale lasciava a desiderare, quasi sempre c'erano solo i balletti per i bambini. La camera grande e pulita, ma il materasso e il cuscino, una roccia...

Our Happy Place – Even Better the Second Time! We’ve fallen in love with this hotel all over again! Returning here for the second time felt like coming home — only better. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted like VIPs, and the special invitation to a cocktail reception with the General Manager was the perfect touch that made us feel truly valued. This place has it all: spacious rooms, spotless every day, shout out to Mina who took care of our room daily. Food so good you look forward to every meal (the Italian restaurant is a must-try!). Activities for every age and mood. The Animation Team keeps the fun going from sunrise to sunset — water polo, aqua gym, volleyball, stretching, yoga — and evenings packed with incredible shows. Fire show and Boho Night on the beach? Unforgettable. There’s always a spot waiting for you by the pools, you can choose fun and music at activity pool, or piece and quite at adults only pool. The recreation team makes sure you’re comfortable and smiling all day long. A massive thank you to Sara, Chocolate, Hassan, Ahmed and Big Boss - Sambo — the best animation team - you’re the heartbeat of this place! Tuka the most friendly and helpful guest relation. Shout-out to Peter at the bar for being the friendliest face and delivering flawless service every time Chef Angelo perfect burgers. the food was really good, animators were really fun, a good place for families and kids, the resort is very well kept, a lot of pools and a beautiful beach with corals to snorkel in. such beautiful place with nice people and hardworking employees.

The best thing for me was snorkeling in the coral reef with plenty of different kinds of fish and colorful plants. The territory is green and with lots of flowers. I liked the food here, as have gastritis and all-inclusive is always a challenge for me. But in this place the quality of food is very high as well as diversity. You can try local food (they cook beef especially excellently), Italian food, Asian food, etc. There are sushi, pizza, pasta, French fries, food for vegetarians, kids, large variety of fruits and vegetables. The activities are very frequent and the staff motivates you to participate, which creates unforgettable memories. The staff is polite and friendly, I felt very comfortable and safe. The food, territory and activities are definitely better than 5-stars hotels in Marsa, which we've visited before. I'd offer to improve rooms a bit, but there are many rooms being reconstructed at the moment, so they're on the way. I highly recommend visiting it.

The people here are amazing. Great personel. The food is great and the activities are thoughtfull. The rooms are clean and pretty. I love how close we are to the sea. We go diving every day. Everithing is awesome. The weather is great. I would recomend this trip to anyone.

Everything in the place makes fully satisfied from the 1st step in the hotel I felt comfortable after a 10 hours trip from Cairo. The staff are wonderful starting from the reception representative ending by the towel man every one is really friendly. I met people from different countries all of them are extremely nice (especially my volleyball friends from Italy, Poland, Germany and Czechia) Also I learnt a new sport called Boccia from a wonderful Italian people a from my Egyptian friend from animation team “Belia” At the end I must thank people with their name: 1- IT manager 2-Guest relation manager Mrs Tuka 3-Amazing Animation team and they became my friends ( Abdallah Alaadin, Tefa, Ahmed from Tunisia and the best DJ in Marsa Alam Sambo 4-The kindest Rescue Men at the sea ( Ibrahim, Ahmed and another guy who I forgot his name but he was really nice 5- Reception representative Munir I advise anyone to go and enjoy a different exciting and amazing experience that He/She will never feel it in any hotel else Thanks for everyone in the hotel and your efforts is really appreciated from my side
