My family and I went on vacation to this resort, but I was surprised by many problems since our arrival. We arrived at the hotel at 14:00 Pm in the afternoon and we wanted to have the rooms to relax after an exhausting travel trip, but unfortunately the rooms were still not ready. We waited until 16:00 Pm at the lobby until the rooms were ready . during that period, We complained many times to the reception staff Mr. Reda and Mr. Mubarak with no response (even apologize about the delay) just ignoring, on the contrary, I was totally surprised by Reda’s bad attitude, transgression, rudeness and arrogance towards me in a way that indicated that he isn't well trained nor qualified to be front desk to deal with guests. I also realized the poor management within the resort, I tried to interact with a senior management representative, but in vain, I couldn't find any Hotel Complain Contact number, or any top management desk. I also noticed that the porter (Bellman) was rude to guests and always demanding tips. As for the food, it was undiversified and mediocre. fresh Juice with extra fees it was really terrible stay; I won't be there at this resort again due to the poor treatment and mismanagement.
