Excellent hotel ,good food, very attentive staff, beautiful bay for snorkeling. Aqua Coraya at 2 minutes, great for the kids (and their parents). Lots of entertainment for kids and adults. very well kept grounds. Plenty of opportunities for physical excercise.

Truly great experience. Room cleaning service: absolutely fantastic. Food available at the buffet: lots of worldwide cousines to choose from, Egyptian rice was top tier. Overall service: made me feel like at home, whole crew was kind and welcoming. Animation team: energetic and talented. I will definitely come back to this resort.

This was our 9th time at this hotel. We had a wonderful time. The staff as usual couldn't do enough for us to make our stay brilliant, from the groundsmen up to management who would always welcome you when they saw you. There was always plenty to choose from in the restaurant even for the pickiest of eaters. Always delicious. On the beach during the day there are 3 huts where you can get snacks, drinks & pizza. The beach restaurant at lunch have amazing food & staff. The rooms are lovely and big, cleaned daily with amazing towel art. From our room we had a sea view & we could watch the sun rise every morning. The reef is amazing for snorkeling which we loved. There is a dive centre which was always very busy. The animation team worked very hard & Sonic always had time to stop & chat.. We will be returning next year.

Stayed with my wife and kids for a week. Premises are clean and the quality of the food is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very nice beaches close to the hotel and numerous pools available. Waterpark with a great selection of slides on the hotel grounds. Excellent choice if you are scuba diver (dive center 200 m from the reception. Be careful when you walk around the pool: tiles are dangerously slippery!

My family and I went on vacation to this resort, but I was surprised by many problems since our arrival. We arrived at the hotel at 14:00 Pm in the afternoon and we wanted to have the rooms to relax after an exhausting travel trip, but unfortunately the rooms were still not ready. We waited until 16:00 Pm at the lobby until the rooms were ready . during that period, We complained many times to the reception staff Mr. Reda and Mr. Mubarak with no response (even apologize about the delay) just ignoring, on the contrary, I was totally surprised by Reda’s bad attitude, transgression, rudeness and arrogance towards me in a way that indicated that he isn't well trained nor qualified to be front desk to deal with guests. I also realized the poor management within the resort, I tried to interact with a senior management representative, but in vain, I couldn't find any Hotel Complain Contact number, or any top management desk. I also noticed that the porter (Bellman) was rude to guests and always demanding tips. As for the food, it was undiversified and mediocre. fresh Juice with extra fees it was really terrible stay; I won't be there at this resort again due to the poor treatment and mismanagement.
