One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

It was my first time in Egypt and I am satisfied. Was pretty good, good food, good drinks, sometimes room service was questioned, hotel is very big and the animations for the night are very cool:) Guys from the services are very kind and always smiled. In the end I am happy of this hotel.

It was my first time in Egipt. Im satisfied as I want. Sometimes service forgot to leave fresh towels but they are mostly kind and happy to help. In gerneral it was fine. Food is good but monotonous, animations are well organized.

The hotel is very nice. We spent a week here. We rested on the beach and went to see the reefs. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The animazione team is very attractive and has many activities to entertain.

Very positive staff, always kind and welcoming. Mr. Noman is always ready to help and does so with a smile, making every guest feel comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere at the hotel is truly wonderful, full of warmth and friendliness. The entertainment and animations are fantastic, full of energy and creativity, keeping both adults and children engaged. The service is extremely polite, attentive, and professional, always going the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. The cleanliness and organization of the hotel are impressive, and everything feels well-maintained. Overall, a perfect place to relax, have fun, and feel at home

Everything was wonderful! Hotel is really clean, Staff were so nice and helpful anytime when we need. Always smile. They try speak in your language and they really can. Food was delicious. A lot of fun for kids. It was funtastic hollydays and was a lot. We recommend this place for families.

اFor an excellent hotel, the swimming pools are well distributed and close to all rooms. Al-Fredo restaurant is beautiful, and the view of it is better because it is high and the variety of food is good. Olive restaurant is excellent and diverse. The beach is beautiful, but there is no coral people enough to watch the fish. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and the response is good.
