JAZ Grand Marsa

Jaz Grand is our favorite destination! We’ve been here before and we will keep coming year after year ;) We literally feel at home here, the staff is amazing, suuuuper friendly, always smiling and always very helpful! The entertainment team feels like family to us already… huge thanks to especially Zuza, Thomas, Dominika, Mahmoud (habibi extravaganza haha), Vanessa, Wojtek, Tereska and the rest:)

Our experience in this hotel was excellent! Very nice room, and VERY VERY CLEAN (thank you to our house keeper - room 7911 and 7812)! Great food - maybe not the biggest variety but all very tasty. Nice alcohol drinks, and PHENOMENAL service around Pool Bar (thank you Mahmud for the drinks, and much much love to very hard working Ibrahim). Animations for kids we rate 15 out of 10 - Vanesa was just great with kids, our daughter loved hanging out in Kids Club (which could use some new toys in my opinion...) and attending Mini Disco with animation team in animals costumes. Great animation team, best Aqua Gym we ever had ;) Coral reef also very nice, but the weather was windy so we snorkled only 2 times during our stay. Hotel next doors (also Jaz Group) has a water park - and here there was a bit of misinformation. We were told by our tour operator and people from reception that we need to pay 40$/person per week to be able to use the aquapark. Some people around the pool told us that it's not true and we can just walk in there whenever we want -and so thats what we did but only on the last day when we found out about it. Big pitty because our daughter loved the slides... The only thing the hotel could change is to have some water/drink dispensers so it is easier to get water without waiting in line... All in all we loved it there and hopefully one day we will be back...

This hotel is simply incredible! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The surroundings are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is so well-organized. The pool areas are a real highlight – spacious, clean, and perfect for both chilling out and having fun. The food is another big win: flavorful, fresh, and there’s always something new to try at every meal. One of the best parts of the stay is the entertainment team – they’re energetic, professional, and always bring a smile to your face. They know how to keep both kids and adults engaged without being overwhelming. Overall, this place is the perfect combination of comfort, fun, and quality service. I couldn’t ask for a better vacation experience!

Great hotel at a good price. There are no weak points. I recommend it to everyone. The waiter from the billiard bar (El Sala) Mohamed abd el sabour - is the best employee of the hotel. Great food. Good drinks. High level service. Nice coral reef on a private beach.

Hotel is very good, food is very good. The best hotel in Marsa Alam. The best bar is Rock bar. Nice pool with service the resturant el cart italian is very good food and nice place. We hope next year to come again. Seat you to next time with fine people from hotel.
