There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The whole place is incredibly clean with a lot of hardworking staff. We really enjoyed eating at the Soprano restaurant. But we want to say the biggest thank you to barman Marwan. He made our stay there unforgettable. Not only his drinks were very tasty but he is an amazing and kind person

A beautiful complex with many attractions - swimming pools, slides, spa. Very interesting animations and artistic performances. Hotel service at the highest level, always smiling and helpful. The food was very tasty and fresh - there was never anything missing. The hotel really cares about the safety of its guests and, most importantly, about ecology. fantastic place. I will definitely come back there!!!

Very big hotél, lots of activities, everybody smíimg. my suggestion is doing beach soccer. lots of local foods. lots of delicious drinks. rooms are very cosy and clean. Animators are smiling and helping. beach is clean. Sea is beautiful, clean and breathtaking.

If you didnot visit pickalbatros sands port ghalib till now really you miss so much enjoy in your life. in my opinion consider . one of the best hotels i had ever visited Thanks for the great service and the best staff .the food was very tasty and varitied

Disorganized and BRIXIA customer service assistant of poor quality. I did not have a good experience at all regarding customer assistance. The BRIXIA customer service manager Ramadan was never available. I approached him on two occasions, and each time he responded hurriedly, as if any request was a bother to him. I left Italy alone and I expected that, in a resort with an Italian-speaking assistant, there would be some effort to involve me in activities with other Italian guests. This was not the case. I spent the first five days on a beach that was frequented only by Polish guests, with whom it was impossible to interact due to the language barrier. I discovered on my own that there was a section of the beach dedicated to activities with Italian guests. On New Year's Eve, I had to make do in order to participate in the dinner, as the seating was not organized according to room numbers. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was not assigned a table. I had to arrange something on my own and ended up sitting with two guests I had met at the airport in Malpensa. At the party under the tent, despite a table being reserved, the seats were already taken, and I spent New Year's Eve outside the resort, in a bar. This was an absolutely negative experience. One to forget.

We are here for the second time. And we will definitely come back again. Very friendly staff. We like the Soprano restaurant the best. There is a very nice service with Ahmed Abdelatif. Great choice of food and drink. The pool is warm and there is always room for a sun lounger.

Recommend for family trip. Staff are very helpful. Have to say big “thank you” to Mahmoud ragab for perfect cleaning room and for all helps from Heli which one every day gave us updates about daily program.Foods from my experience from other holidays nothing special here more recommend other restaurants. Visitor are 90% Polish.

Fijn hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie grote tuin met meerdere zwembaden waarvan twee verwarmd en met genoeg ligbedjes.Poolbars, animatie en restaurants. Je kunt zo naar het strand door lopen met meerdere bars en lekkere ligbedden. Wij zijn dit jaar voor de t****e keer, alleen al voor het vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
