The environment is good, the location is excellent, and the price is high! A perfect stay experience! Serious and sincere service, really good, very warm, highly recommended, I will book this next time I come!

We spent a fabulous 3 weeks at this lovely hotel and were very impressed with the facilities and cleanliness throughout. A mention has to go to the under reviewed gardeners that keep the grounds looking immaculate and were out every day. All of the food was to a excellent standard for all inclusive with main buffet restaurant and 2 x Ala Cartes available to use, you could pay extra at £5 per head to use the Stone Grill and Indian Restaurant that alternated evenings in the Mermaid Restaurant, the Head Chef Medhat oversaw all aspects of food preparation and delivery and was rightly very proud of his team. The fantastic Animation team were always busy out speaking to all guests and trying to involve those that wanted activity, special mention to Georgia who was totally committed to her role and gave her all everyday, she is a natural in her role and was loved by everyone that we spoke to, a new member of the team was Vinny who also fitted well into the team and was very chatty and friendly. The animation team seem to be badly managed as their immediate manager always wanted to criticise them and put them down instead of encouraging them and motivating them, he also thought he was at an 18-30 Ibiza hotel with his loud music and constant interruptions on the mic, hopefully this can be addressed as did put other guests off. The Guest Relations contact wa s a lovely young lady called Elliee, who came and chatted with us every day not out of duty but out of real interest, another natural for her role. All of the waiting staff in every bar and restaurant go the extra mile to make sure that you have everything that you need I can't mention everyone individually however Fawzy, Islam, Adham, Osama, George, Ibrahim, Mahmoud were outstanding. My other half and I stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2024 and we bloth had a great time. Works were going on to the top swimming pool, but they didn't affect our use or enjoyment of the hotel. It should look great when it's finished. My first mention is Ahmed the chef in the main restaurant. He was fantastic. I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat tomato. On many nights Ahmed would cook me a special pasta with all the things I love in it. There were also many nights when I could easily eat off the the buffet. If there was anything I wanted, I just had to ask. Ahmed also cooked up some wonderful meals for my boyfriend. I loved the chocolate fountain and there was always a supply of lovely strawberries and bananas to dip in it. My next mention is to another Ahmed who served in the restaurant. A very lovely man who helped to make our holiday special and was always on hand to help with anything. We rarely had to ask for another drink. The swimming pool attendants were also always willing to help with anything, and the staff behind the downstairs bar were always friendly and helpful. We hardly used the upstairs bar. There was always nightly entertainment, almost all of which was good/excellent. One night was not the usual standard, but it gave us a good laugh. Our room was a good standard and was always kept clean and well stocked. There are lots of steps, which is not surprising when a hotel is built into a cliff, but there was a regular cart going around the resort transporting people and you could phone for one as well. I am a diver and spent many days diving with Dive Inn. The reef just off the beach is fantastic with many different types of fish. The dive staff were wonderful and the diving was excellent. I will review them separately. We will definitely go back, and we would say that whilst the resort was excellent, it really was the people who work there who made it such a great holiday.

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere. In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef. Food: Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first. Bar: The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00. In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come! Drinks, well, okay Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks! Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special. After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!

The room environment is very good, the breakfast and lunch are very average, the main reason is that there are too many people, and you have to queue up to eat The italian restaurant dinner reservation was perfect and delicious Tucao: The contact information of the hotel is simply a decoration. I sent an email to book a pick-up ten days before the trip. Sharm El Sheikh has no rental, so I can only rely on the hotel to book a car. After sending more than a dozen emails, the first reply I received It turned out that they transferred it to their colleagues, and it was passed around, but no one resolved it. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip for help, but the dramatic result was that Ctrip couldn't even contact the hotel? I was convinced, thinking that I had to call this hotel as soon as I arrived in Egypt. When I arrived in Cairo, I used an Egyptian card to call the hotel, but no one answered, or it was a wrong call. I was very speechless. I traveled for fifteen days. This is the first time the country has encountered such a situation, and finally received an email confirmation. Then we arrived at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. We couldn’t see the driver who came to pick us up. We waited for 20 minutes. We couldn’t contact the hotel. We had to wait at the airport, speechless.

During our current stay at the Charmillion Club Aqua Park in Sharm El Sheikh, we had the pleasure of meeting Ahmed Nassar, a lifeguard who truly goes above and beyond. When our daughter had an accident slipping on wet tiles by the pool, cutting her chin and toe, Ahmed calmly and expertly took care of her administering first aid. He didn’t just stop at treating her injuries; Ahmed took the time to reassure us, explaining everything he was doing, which really helped put our minds at ease. His skill and calm demeanour made all the difference in a stressful situation. What really stood out to us was Ahmed’s dedication in the days that followed. He checked on our daughter’s injuries every single day to make sure they were healing properly, offering advice and genuinely caring about her well-being. This kind of attention and kindness is not something you come across every day. Ahmed Nassar is not only a fantastic lifeguard but also a wonderful person who made sure our daughter was safe, comfortable and brought a smile to her face every day. He is a true asset to the hotel group, and his exceptional efforts should definitely be recognised by management. We’re very grateful for everything he did, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. Also worth a mention for going above and beyond and being extremely kind are Bibo (Guest Relations), Ahmed (Front Desk), Ahmed (Room Cleaning) & Nesrine

First of all, they make you wait until 2 pm. Since everyone gathers to check in at 14:00, there is chaos. No one speaks English at the reception, you have difficulty communicating. When you come to the hotel, it is clean enough, you can find any variety you want, there was food suitable for every culture. The sea was full of colorful fish and coral. It was a very different experience. The pool was big enough. The rooms were cooled by 2-story air conditioners. As for alcohol, the local drinks are not very good, you can drink draft beer. It is enough if you get full board. In general, it was a pleasant hotel.

The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and spotless. Rooms are spacious. Great pool locations. The hotel is quite central to local shops and food markets. Staff member Ramadan Ahmed goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable :)
