The environment is good, the location is excellent, and the price is high! A perfect stay experience! Serious and sincere service, really good, very warm, highly recommended, I will book this next time I come!

To start off we were greeted at reception by members of coral sea water world to help with our luggage, we then checked in with a friendly receptionist who was happy to help. we got helped to our room by another member of staff ( all staff were very friendly and happy to help ), Me and my family couldn’t have asked for a better room a cleaner would clean every morning and leave a sculpture out of towels ( you were given fresh towels every afternoon) that i thought was a nice addition to the room. The resort it perfect for kids of all ages from the water parks including a tots area and older kids slides, The food with a kids area for every meal ( including cereal, chicken nuggets etc.) we had a 2 year old baby with us and he always managed to eat a good meal also the staff would constantly offer there help with drinks etc, and entertainment which made my family’s holiday really encouraging people to enjoy themselves and take part in their activities( including darts, morning stretching, water aerobics etc.) around the pool and on the evening they have many different shows on every night and start off with a film for little children that may be with you. (it’s impossible to be bored ), with day trip excursions such as boat trips and quad biking. The hotel was packed with things to do including a kids park, football pitch ( the entertainment would help put on a football game which was really enjoyable ),Snooker and Pool room etc. The food was always up to standard and most of the time really enjoyable ( i’m a bit fussy ). The resort is pretty big however there are multiple bars including a snack bar (chicken shawarma wrap is so good), pool bar, beach bar, and adult bar in reception i was there for a week and only complaints i have is that it wasn’t long enough, the staff are always trying to put a smile on your face and make sure your enjoying your holiday all the people were very welcoming and kind.

My other half and I stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2024 and we bloth had a great time. Works were going on to the top swimming pool, but they didn't affect our use or enjoyment of the hotel. It should look great when it's finished. My first mention is Ahmed the chef in the main restaurant. He was fantastic. I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat tomato. On many nights Ahmed would cook me a special pasta with all the things I love in it. There were also many nights when I could easily eat off the the buffet. If there was anything I wanted, I just had to ask. Ahmed also cooked up some wonderful meals for my boyfriend. I loved the chocolate fountain and there was always a supply of lovely strawberries and bananas to dip in it. My next mention is to another Ahmed who served in the restaurant. A very lovely man who helped to make our holiday special and was always on hand to help with anything. We rarely had to ask for another drink. The swimming pool attendants were also always willing to help with anything, and the staff behind the downstairs bar were always friendly and helpful. We hardly used the upstairs bar. There was always nightly entertainment, almost all of which was good/excellent. One night was not the usual standard, but it gave us a good laugh. Our room was a good standard and was always kept clean and well stocked. There are lots of steps, which is not surprising when a hotel is built into a cliff, but there was a regular cart going around the resort transporting people and you could phone for one as well. I am a diver and spent many days diving with Dive Inn. The reef just off the beach is fantastic with many different types of fish. The dive staff were wonderful and the diving was excellent. I will review them separately. We will definitely go back, and we would say that whilst the resort was excellent, it really was the people who work there who made it such a great holiday.

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere. In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef. Food: Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first. Bar: The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00. In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come! Drinks, well, okay Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks! Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special. After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!

The room environment is very good, the breakfast and lunch are very average, the main reason is that there are too many people, and you have to queue up to eat The italian restaurant dinner reservation was perfect and delicious Tucao: The contact information of the hotel is simply a decoration. I sent an email to book a pick-up ten days before the trip. Sharm El Sheikh has no rental, so I can only rely on the hotel to book a car. After sending more than a dozen emails, the first reply I received It turned out that they transferred it to their colleagues, and it was passed around, but no one resolved it. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip for help, but the dramatic result was that Ctrip couldn't even contact the hotel? I was convinced, thinking that I had to call this hotel as soon as I arrived in Egypt. When I arrived in Cairo, I used an Egyptian card to call the hotel, but no one answered, or it was a wrong call. I was very speechless. I traveled for fifteen days. This is the first time the country has encountered such a situation, and finally received an email confirmation. Then we arrived at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. We couldn’t see the driver who came to pick us up. We waited for 20 minutes. We couldn’t contact the hotel. We had to wait at the airport, speechless.

I went in the period immediately after my birthday to celebrate in the best way... I took a package with my best friend on the last minute without knowing what it was like and with low expectations. Instead I discovered a wonderful place, full of wonderful and helpful people who welcomed me with affection and warmth that is not obvious. In particular, since the first day we arrived, the animation guys welcomed us by involving me and my best friend in all the activities from daily ones to the night organizations to going dancing to excursions with local animators to discover Sharm. I am a very shy person who rarely gets involved in dances...indead I can assure you that it was the best vacation of my life, in an experience full of emotions that I will carry in my heart and that made me meet special people that I will remember forever. It was a real pleasure to be part of this very young team that made my birthday special and gave me memories that I will keep with jealousy. WHAT!!😄 a fantastic time we had.Please ignore what negative reviews some people have just go there ''we can't wait to go back'our first time in EGYPT 'and not the last.And especially this hotel and the people that work's there like the cleaners how kind he was.'and all restaurants they can't do enough for you they make you feel so welcome. The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)
