Good but need improvement in some points

The hotel that just keeps giving wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make your stay memorable great for couples families and solo travelers beautiful gardens large swimming pool plus 2 other small pools for kids The hotel has its own beach and pier and dive centre the snorkelling is amazing The entertainment is great and good fun but never any pressure to join in as well as a spa which is also very good

We checked into the Parrotel Beach Resort on the 14th October for 2 weeks just me and my partner. From the moment we got there we were welcomed so warmly and truly made to feel like part of the family! We got a beautiful room on the beach front right by the smaller pool (which was perfect for us because we wanted a relaxing holiday) One thing I would say go put your towels down early if you want to be at the main pool (not our thing) because you will not get a bed! Not an issue though if you can’t beat them join them and we were always up early to watch the beautiful sunrise on the private beach! Breakfast lunch and dinner you have a wide variety of options, personally we always went for the omellettes Lunch we mostly ate at the beach bar where I was a bit fussy as I don’t like those small sausages gave a little tip to the chef and he would do me chicken burgers every day! So perfect perfect! Lunch is also open at the main pool bar where you can get Ice cream and pizzas! Buffet open too for dinner, we didn’t eat in the A La Cartes as when we wanted to treat ourselves we just jumped in a taxi to Soho square (10 mins down the road) It’s a beautiful resort which they are currently renovating also, the staff are all amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. We really can’t wait to come back again next year! All the waiting staff bar staff chefs and entertainment work so hard during the days long hours but it doesn’t compromise the service they provide and always with a smile! We did every trip imaginable at such a reasonable price! I recommend you book them all! We did the White Island boat trip, the Cairo coach ride (COULDNT RECOMMEND ENOUGH) do not let the long journey put you off! Farsha cafe, quad biking and Al Sahaba Mosque and SOHO square for a change of food! We are frequent visitors to Sharm el Sheikh and this time we decided to stay in Parrotel Resort. First eye-catching thing was the beautiful territory. The resort is very well-kept with gardeners working day and night keeping the whole area beautiful - the river flowing throughout the resort was a lovely addition. Our room was spacious with a huge king size bed, massive wardrobe, mini fridge etc. The wi-fi worked great and our cleaner Mohammed always made sure our room was kept spotless. The chefs in the main restaurant did a great job as the food was tasty and we always found something to eat even with our children being fussy eaters. The waiting staff were very attentive to all of our requests. Entertainment team was great, all of them were friendly and had many different activities on offer for both children and adults throughout the day and in the evening. We did some dance and aqua aerobics and our children absolutely loved the big inflatables in the pool! They also liked the kids area where you can leave your little ones and a lady from the entertainment team will look after them. Foam party by the pool was really fun as well! We had a really positive experience in this resort and the kindness of all the staff here made us want to return again.

This is our last day at Parrotel Beach resort and we would like to share our experience. All the staff of the hotel were very welcoming - from front office to waiting staff and entertainment team. The lifeguards always had our sun loungers ready waiting for us every morning by the pool. The food in the main restaurant tasted good, catered to different tastes and was always freshly made. There’s a great variety of fruits and vegetables. We could tell our room was recently refurbished, it was also clean and had all kinds of amenities we could need in the room. From entertainment there were several shows and events like foam parties throughout the day on the swimming pool as well as activities like stretching and dance lessons on the beach. Entertainment staff were all friendly lads - always brought positive vibes and made sure we were having a good time. Would also like to mention lifeguards by the beach who took care of everyone’s safety especially during high winds. Overall the hotel is amazing value for money and its staff has genuinely made our stay memorable.
