Just wanted to share my amazing experience with this resort. From the moment we stepped in to our last minutes there it was awesome and the staff were very accomodating and friendly. We had a very smooth check in meeting our needs with great hospitality and friendliness from all employees at the front desk, then the rooms were great and clean with friendly room service employees doing their best to make everyone happy despite the resort being fully booked. All restaurants' staff were very friendly and food was great and variable meeting all different tastes and pereferences and always fresh along with being available all day long at different bars and restaurants. Even when the restaurant was full they opened a new hall for more guests to dine in. All staff were honest, friendly, helpful and polite. One of my family members lost something of value (it fell next to their car on the first day without them even noticing) the security team found it and returned it to the front desk and alerted all security members and when we were leaving and they saw the car belonging to said person they went along and asked if they lost anything and returned their items after checking in security footage that it was indeed lost. The hotel's facilities and location were great and the animation and entertainment team were lovely. I've been to a lot of places with different resorts but this one will always be one memorable experience. I really recommend this resort if you're going to visit Sharm el-shiekh. Special thanks to Mr. Ayman and Mr. Abdulaziz from the front desk for their friendly welcome and friendliness a long with the oriental restaurant staff especially Mr. Hassan from Tanta and Mr. Esmat from Qena for thier lovely hospitality.
