房間硬件設施過於陳舊，有的房間甚至於洗浴間地磚破裂，容易劃傷腳。電視基本是擺設，不是網絡的問題就是電視問題，我住了幾次，換了幾個房間都是類似這樣的問題，體驗感不太好，空調遙控器電池都捨不得更換，拆東牆補西牆，拿五馬倒六羊的換來換去，其實這個位置極佳，客單價格也不低，如果老闆能重視一下體驗感，入住率應該問題不大，如果還是這樣下去住一次也就拉到了。

服務態度好，環境衞生乾淨，走道房間很雅（掛有名人字畫）地理位置很棒有超市有公園，吃喝玩樂很方便，期待下入住。

因閑訪友，又遇雨天，在房間呆的久些卻並不煩躁。樓下有書店可供消遣，又地處商家聚居之所，方便快捷的生活倒也算觸手可及了，性價比更是不用多説，若是在潛山落腳，這裏算是極為不錯的選擇了！
