酒店的整體風格是新中式風格，一走進時就能感受到它的大氣以及以中式的大氣典雅。步入房間，房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格高大上檔次。在前台辦理入住時，前台小姐姐效率高，服務好。酒店配套設施齊全，還有洗衣房以及健身運動房。晚上還會提供免費的宵夜。總而言之體驗感很好，下次還會選擇。

第一次給一個酒店差評是因為服務態度。出差大大小小也住過不少的酒店。這次來祁東聽同事推薦説這家酒店新裝修的比較好，然後我就在網上下了訂單，到酒店辦理入住已經特別晚了，當時問了一下哪裡宵夜比較好吃，前台小姐姐特別熱情給我推薦，然後還説下次可以早點過來説酒店有免費的可以吃，小姐姐長得很可愛，當時還開玩笑説她手機殼跟她人一樣可愛，上去房間佈局衞生感覺還是比較好，直到第二天中午退房，當時從外面回來直接上去房間拿行李，出門的時候就看到一個阿姨，當時打了車趕去高鐵站，司機在樓下一直催，我直接把房卡給阿姨我説我這個房間退房了，那個阿姨直接來一句：“你不會下去給前台嗎？你給我幹嗎呢？我又不是服務員。她説完還要陰陽怪氣指責我不該把卡給她。我可以很確信的那位阿姨就是酒店的工作人員，因為我就是看着她穿着工作服才想着説直接把卡給她，可能是個酒店的管事的主管或者是什麼，衣服顏色跟其他阿姨不一樣，不然哪來的勇氣這樣子説話，還是衹是她那天心情不好，要這樣的服務態度去對我，當時要不是急着趕時間，我真的想把她叫去前台問一下你們老闆，服務都是這樣子做的嗎？我是提出了什麼難為你的要求嗎？下來前台，我説可以打一下水單嗎，前台那個男的就一直説加微信加微信，我説我衹是需要一份水單，為什麼要加微信呢？可以麻煩快一點嗎？我説完這句話那個男的就垮起個臉，然後整個前台衹有我和前台上班一男一女，打了一張水單要了5分鐘，又沒有開房，我都説了我趕時間，兩個人就是這樣的效率，完了我要走之前問了一句我説按金是退到微信嗎？那個男的來了一句不是退到微信是退到哪裡，當時講的不是普通話，臉是從我下來就一直都沒好過，但是我還是聽懂了。後面又用普通話説是是是。女的就一直在笑，我請問這是有什麼好笑的嗎？還是你們白天的兩個前台是看人下菜碟，真的感覺有不被尊重到，你們整個酒店的服務水平都是這樣參差不齊的嗎？還是你們上班是根據心情去的。真的很難理解，就這樣吧，酒店衞生都很好，就是希望你們門店的主管可以好好培訓一下員工再出來任職，出差不是受氣的，也不是看臉色的，也不想這麼大一個酒店，因為兩三個員工影響吧

第一次來祁東出差 選擇了好多家酒店 最後聽朋友推薦的來的這裏 感覺還不錯 早餐豐富多樣 夜宵免費的也好吃 居然還有牛奶送到房間解酒 很貼心的小細節 下次還會再來

酒店的環境很好，辦理入的時候前台服務細心辦理入住也是快捷方便，上客房的時候，三樓電梯出去還有一個較大的會議室，會議室佈置的也很完美，場地也很寬敞舒適度很好，隨機拍了幾張酒店照片，客房的衞生也很安靜離高鐵站也很近，挺滿意的

前台服務很好熱情洋溢，衞生條件很好，房間乾淨整潔，被褥床單非常乾淨，房間不僅整體乾淨，細節方面打掃的也是一絲不苟，比如不起眼的角落，置物架等都非常的乾淨，晚上酒店還有免費的晚安牛奶，很周到，晚上睡眠質量不好，喝完牛奶就睡覺，還是零蔗糖的牛奶，贊，服務團隊的整體素質很棒。
